Disappointment after good service.
Disappointed, for the time I was with Flow i had no problem. I changed to EDF and then it goes down hill. I receive an email from Flow to say that you had set up a direct debit to take money out of my Bank Account. This resulted in a phone call, to find out this was for final payment. Nowhere did it mention this in the email, it would be easy to title the email final payment and NOT new payment plan. This did cause me unnecessary worry, and phone call. If I had received a properly titled email you would have 5 stars. Maybe an apology email would not go amiss.

We had an email from you asking if we wished to continue with a new tariff and that all we had to do (and-nothing else) was to press an appropriate button. Two weeks later we called to find out if this had been implemented, it had not. Poor admin.

Never had any problems, easy to give metre readings online and when I have had the need to call, customer service has been excellent.

Very mixed service
I send readings in on 21st of each month but the final monthly bill is made up on the last day of the month using an estimated guess! My readings seem to be ignored. Letters go unanswered, claiming to be lost in the post. Now the call centre has gone overseas and some of the operators have less than good English, so being understood and understanding them is not always easy especially with some hearing loss, which I have. Only good bit is - their tariffs are quite low.

When entering the readings on 21st July: “Don’t give a reading before 24th July”. The latter was in red ink.
