Flory fashion show beautiful clothes on their website and posts, but the clothing fabric are cheap and look terrible. The long black dress is see through and lint attached itself to the dress. They expect you to pay to return items to China. They pretend the are from UK.

One star is even a joke. Awarded that just for the parcel turning up. The dress looks nothing like the one in the picture. Poor flimsy silky material instead of the cotton I thought it was. Cheap and nasty. I cannot find how to return the item. Now I’ve read other peoples attempts to return things ,I’m not holding much hope. I feel like I’ve been duped.

Absolute rubbish garments awful, quality awful, returning is a joke I would avoid them at all costs

They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you coupons rather than give you your money back and then if you don’t accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund.

Time and time again, the description of the dress says cotton (a few years back they really were cotton) and a ghastly version of the dress arrives in horrid, cheap, shiny material. Obviously old photos are used, which, at the very least, is misleading. Refund policy a joke. Not impressed.

Excessively frustrating.
We have received numerous emails and no answer, no parcel. Communication is going around in circles with dead links and just the same nonsensical information repeated. Repeatedly told to ask my local buffaloes where my order is!

The real reviews should be send to thenother site, they are getting away with the bad reviews on this site when they should be posted on the real site so people know what this company is all about

Ordered a dress, arrived on time. The material was terrible as was the sizing. Was supposed to be easy to return but could not access the label. Contacted customer services who were helpful and forwarded the pdf retuns label. I posted the item next day ( October 29th ) and am still waiting. I sent email to request refund but did not receive acknowlegement, still waiting!! I assume they have no intention of refunding me. Definitely would not use this site again.

I have tried to return items for the past few weeks by using the app which is currently not working all links are broken. I have emailed twice for assistance knowone has got back to me. There are no contact details working so impossible to return goods. Happy with some of the clothes but would not use this company again as obviously part of the fraud is you cannot return items. Extremely disappointed.

Very bad experience. Products are poor quality. I've got a voucher from a previous order that I used to buy more products but had to return them due to the poor quality and wrong sizes. When I've applied to get a refund the second time they refunded me only 1/3 of what I paid and can't open the inquire to customer service. App doesn't work, refund hasn't come through.

I ordered 4 dresses from Floryday, All size 12-14. I looked at the size guide before I bought from them and measured myself. When the dresses came, the material wasn't the same as the items (very poor quality) and the dresses were massive. Looks like American sizes. Really disappointed with the garments. When I returned, I paid £3 per garment to return, which gets deducted before you send back.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star if 8 didn't have to. Terrible quality products. Terrible service. Just awful all round and still waiting weeks later for a refund for items I returned.avoid avoid avoid xxx

Poor quality clothes. Still waiting for my return they keep saying they have something wrong in their return system! Avoid buying

I bought an attractive looking dress with a generous full skirt. When it arrived the fabric was so thin it was see through and very cheap and nasty. I tried to arrange the skirt in the same position (sitting) as in the photograph and it was impossible to spread it out to the same extent. It gave the impression of being a shoddy version of the dress in the photo. What a con.

I have to give 1 star because no negative (zero star). This website is scam! I warn you, don’t ever order it because you will get completely different dress! Not as on pictures on their website. And may take if it’s not too different and have good quality but what i got “it’s crap and suck quality” so many mistakes on dress and the sewing kit is terrible.

And i won’t be angry if i can return. Last email they replied “ Sorry for that, there are 2 options for you:
(1) Option 1\ Return the item for 100% amount refund
(2) Option 2\ Keep the item for20% amount compensation
So which option do you prefer?

Sorry, we do not bear the freight return of the goods, please understand, thank you

1. Who is your friend? I am your customer that you have to respect because i gave money to your business.
2. They do what against German’s law because in German’s law if customers don’t like the products, they can return and the shops bear the return cost
3. No responsibility, no professional, no honest (because they use photos from somewhere else)

I sent them email that i want to return product since Wednesday until now i can’t do it. My email on Thursday said i choose return product and get 100% refund. And they replied as above then i replied at 6.30 (german time) that you can’t force customers to choose the option they don’t want, I still insist on returning the product.….. and no response until today. Maybe that mean no? Hmmm.. i ordered that dress for my wedding at Standesamt but the outfits i wore to walk on street still better quality and more fancy than their product. I paid almost 60€ for crap!

My order number is 1970104-8280, no need to say sorry as the response that you copy and paste to every comments here. Just refund 100% my money! Because your website is a fraudulent website.

I cant understand why there are so many bad reviews for this site. I love it! Yes some of the clothes are of poor quality but I've bought stuff that are of a very high quality and at great discounted prices. For example fantastic well made boots for around £3 and gorgeous summer dresses for less than £5 that I've seen the equivalent of in some other places for £80! All I can say is look carefully at the descriptions and take a chance on something you like. 90% of the items I've bought have been great and the rest I've put in a charity bag!

I cannot even rate this as a one..................It is all a lie. The photos of clearly beautiful dresses and the reality are so far removed that it becomes funny.
I can't even be bothered to ask for a refund on my Brentford Nylons granny night shirt that could have been my wedding dress....Do not touch this company even ith someone else's bargepole...It will be all over Facebook.

Nothing I have ever bought from Floryday has not ended up in the bin. I would pay for the things they advertise but what you get is made of cheap material with none of the flares or gathers that were in the original garment

Well if I had seen the reviews first I would have never ordered first of all I did order 2 dresses I am in the process of trying to return them they are way to small but cannot get any help from anyone at all I have tried online chat but they turn you off half way through I can’t find a phone number for them looks like I have been had over as you say will not be ordering again off them the company is rubish

I've used floryday on a number of occasions and I've never had any issues, I've brought a number of tops for my wife and she loves them the sizes are true sizes so go for the correct size you require.
I've ordered again for my wife for her 60th this month hopefully it arrives in time on 25th August.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
