First time using the service. You pay more for 7 roses than you would pay for a dozen in the US. Didn’t have the assortment ordered and didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience or changing to a single color rose bouquet.

Rectifying a screwed up delivery on Valentines Day 2026
I have ordered flowers from this company 4 times previously and had no problems. But this time, I had an issue with having the flowers I ordered last February 2026 for Valentines Day not delivered to the person I sent it to on time. It took some time, after explaining via email (very prostrating since there are no phone numbers that have live person answering the call) to finally get them deliver the flowers and was 2 or 3 days late. And when they did get it delivered, they were the wrong bouquet. I ordered roses and what arrived were carnations. The company did send the correct bouquet and it took another 2 or 3 days after I emailed them again. Perhaps, the problem was when I ordered the flowers, it was 2 weeks before Valentine's Day to make sure I didn't forget. The florist put the order on hold and when the day came, it appears that my order was somehow put last on the line of orders that was being delivered that day, being the busiest day of the year. Anyways, the person I sent it to was very understanding and thought that the gesture was more important than the timing of the delivery. I was relived that the florist did the best they can to rectify their screw up. I wasn't going to order from this company again but I thought I would try again for good measure. So, this time I ordered the day before I asked for it to be delivered and the florist got it right this time. My sweetheart received the bouquet on time. Therefore, I gave them five star because they took care to make of their mistake and made sure it did not happened again.

They advertise guaranteed same-day.. yea ok
They advertise guaranteed same-day delivery between 10:00 and 20:00 for a selected date, and an agent even confirmed it. However, the package arrived the next day, completely defeating the purpose of a birthday gift—especially since the recipient had already left the country.
Customer service was equally disappointing. They refused to offer even a partial refund, leaving me no choice but to file a chargeback with my credit card and leave a negative review. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

They take their job very seriously
They take their job very seriously, they couldn't reach to the number I provided, thus they contacted me on my email, and when I didn't respond after 10 min they contacted my WhatsApp to tell me what actions they needed to take to deliver the flower, they are trustworthy and their services is top notch, the quality of their flower and the packaging is good quality, I am satisfied by their service, close your eyes and order from their website, never hesitate. And they delivered within less than 24 h from the time I placed my order.

Just Like in the Photo
The roses are pretty but I thought they would just be in a transparent vase just like in the photo. Didn't like the pink paper and the ribbon--too much for me. But thanks that it was delivered on time and made Sam (the recipient) happy.
Underwhelming
Underwhelming. Product was far from picture. I specifically chose that bouquet for its white and light pink color combination, but received dark pink small roses along with many unblossomed white flowers. The roses arrangement appeared just stuck at the base. Overall, it felt misleading compared to the advertised photo, especially for the price I paid. Very disappointing but delivery was good. Wish I can leave a photo to show you guys but I can’t.

The picture displayed about the product showed 12 mixed roses with colors yellow, orange, pink and purple. I chose it because I was looking for something vibrant and colorful for my grandmother. And what did she receive? White and red roses. Those colors are not even on the picture! They said it’s because there’s no soecific color indicated and those colors are not usually available in the Philippines. So why display that picture if that’s not what you can deliver? Customers usually base their expectations on the pictures displayed.
It would have been okay if you just communicated that you could only provide red and white roses because I could have just chosen something different with the same price I paid. I just wanted a colorful set of flowers for my grandmother and she didn’t get it.
Disappointing.
