I always use FloridaTix for our theme park tickets. They are reliable, friendly and always have the best price. One thing to mention is that they are phenomenal when it comes to customer service. Vanessa, Sarah and Penny have all helped with a recent issue I had and were amazing! Vanessa was fantastic dealing with my issue in particular! Cannot recommend this company enough and I will always rebook with them!

Used Florida tix many times, very much best on price when traveling from UK. Yesterday I booked 4 Mickey mouse Halloween tickets and added the ticket protection. I didn't realise until after the protection wasn't applicable to this one off single night event, chatted with Sarah through the website chat and she actioned the refund for this explaining the protection is still offered on website even for non applicable tickets as people buy multiple different tickets where some are covered. Anyways she was professional and helpful and thanked me for my loyalty with the company over previous years. Great stuff Sarah. Thanks

Most Unreachable Customer Service - Wrong Tickets Issued
Please think carefully when using this service, I bought tickets to Micky's not scary party, selected 01 09 26, but when they came through they are for a date when we are still in UK. Can you imagine, autistic child being so excited to go and then being told they can't. 64 emails, 32 chats, gosh knows how many phone calls and we still not got correct tickets, or refund. Customer service is nearly impossible to get hold of, some of staff, have replied with nice emails yet failed to resolve this situation.

We’re sorry to read this review and fully appreciate how disappointing and stressful this situation has been. However, we feel it is important to clarify the circumstances and provide an accurate timeline of what occurred.
The original tickets for 23rd August 2026 were booked directly by the customer through our website. Unfortunately, these tickets were non-refundable and non-amendable once confirmed, and we were therefore unable to simply change the date to 1st September.
Despite this, our team contacted the supplier on the customer’s behalf and went outside our normal booking terms to request an exception. We were successful in getting the original tickets cancelled so that a refund could be provided.
During this process, a chargeback was raised by the customer against the original payment. While a chargeback is active, we are unable to also refund the same transaction directly. We therefore asked the customer to withdraw the chargeback so that we could process the refund ourselves. Once this had been resolved, the original booking was refunded in full.
In the meantime, on 16th August, we secured three replacement tickets for the customer for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on the requested date of 1st September. These tickets were secured while we awaited the agreed payment from the customer.
Our team made numerous attempts to contact the customer by both telephone and email regarding payment for these replacement tickets. Unfortunately, payment was not received.
The customer eventually responded on 31st August, the day before the event, confirming that they would make payment. However, at this point they also advised that they now required more than the three tickets we had originally secured.
We immediately checked availability for additional tickets, but unfortunately the event on 1st September had completely sold out. This meant that we were unable to add any further tickets to the three that had already been secured.
The three tickets we had held since 16th August also remained unpaid. With the event taking place the following day and payment still outstanding, we had no alternative but to submit those tickets for cancellation.
We completely understand the customer’s disappointment and appreciate the importance of having the correct arrangements in place for their family. However, we do not feel it is accurate to suggest that their concerns were ignored or that no assistance was provided.
Our team made considerable efforts to help throughout this situation. We successfully obtained an exception to the original non-refundable terms, arranged a full refund once the chargeback had been withdrawn, secured three replacement tickets for the correct date more than two weeks before the event, and made numerous attempts to contact the customer to obtain the agreed payment.
Unfortunately, that payment was never received. When the customer responded on 31st August requesting additional tickets, the event had already sold out, which was completely outside of our control.
We are genuinely sorry that this situation did not have the outcome the customer had hoped for, but we believe our team made every reasonable effort to assist and resolve the matter.

Realised I hadn’t received my Discovery Cove tickets on the morning of our visit. I had an immediate response from Sarah on a Saturday. Very happy 😊

Brilliant service
I used Floridatix to purchase my walt disney world and universal tickets, plus discovery cove with dolphin swim. Penny couldn't have been more helpful. She got us the best deal and answered any questions I had. Penny offered to speak over the phone if id prefer although I decided to communicate through email. Great value and service from trusted company
I have used Florida Tix to purchase all our tickets for our forthcoming trip to Florida and found the whole experience from beginning to end straight forward and good value. We were able to book the tickets by reserving with a small deposit and also insure the tickets just in case there was a change of plans. We ordered the tickets around New Year as there were some great offers available and paid the balance of the tickets recently, 8 months later and they were then sent to me by email. The review would have been 5 stars but i had to chase the Discovery Cove tickets. This was not much of an issue as I emailed my request and received a very prompt response (same day) from Jennie who kindly attached the tickets so all good to go now!
