The dress I purchased from this store went missing somewhere between Florence store and Australia Post. Florence customer service were incredibly dismissive, unhelpful and basically took no responsibility for any part of it. Australia Post, on the other hand, were so beautiful. They compensated me $100 of the $130 even though they werent obligated to. Florence couldn't give a flying duck. I will NEVER purchase from Florence again and will be sharing my opinion wherever I can. It was just so rude!

Beware their customer service and poor returns policy forcing customers to take a store credit rather than refunding for their poor quality clothes!

Bought a dress that appeared to be similar to t-shirt material online but was 100% synthetic. Went to return it but wasn't able to as it was 'on sale' which only had minimum sale reduction. Yes it is in the fine print if you look, however, you don't know that you need to look there. They should clearly state this on the checkout page so you know and no surprises later.

Product as is on the website and delivery very fast.
Happy with my new purchase.

As I read the positive reviews about FS customers state that the products are generally great, the first 15% discount is welcomed and express post provides a speedy delivery. I have to agree with these comments.

The negative reviews are about customer service . FS is fine if you don’t have to return items .
Returns = Credit only even for full priced items - no price matching . I found the exact same ordered items at another store but no budging there. I was left with 2 store credits after posting back at my expense. Then after 8 days I searched for new items to purchase but found the sizing choice was limited . Finally I found 3 items to purchase ( obligation buying ) to use the credits however there was a balance of $75 to complete the purchase ( so more money to FS) .
To add the final injury the garments were ordered at 10 in the morning and then went on sale at 12 the VERY same day! I asked for the sale price but again I was told NO- there is no obligation for FS to give you the sale price . Isn’t there such a thing as flexibility goodwill and encouragement for customers to return?
The customer service I received was prompt but could only be described as rude and condescending. I note other less favourable reviews about this business mention the subjective rude customer service too.
There has been no flexibility or willingness to help the customer. I just hope that the new items I’ve purchased are lovely and fit . I won’t be purchasing any items from this business again. The whole process has been very unpleasant and expensive .

This is the 2nd dress I have brought both were true to size - very well made of quality fabric and look fantastic

Beware the ‘no refund’ returns policy. Rude staff who were very unhelpful. Go direct to label websites for refund and exchange options and courteous service.
