DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
Absolutely dreadful experience with Floorstore. I initially gave this company a good review because my first experience seemed positive, but that opinion has completely changed.
I had to return goods just 2 days after purchasing them. They were completely unopened, unused and in perfect condition, yet I was charged a 25% return fee.
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of flexibility or customer service. I could understand a reasonable charge if goods had been used, damaged or specially ordered, but these items were untouched and returned almost immediately.
It makes you think twice about buying from a company when you know that if something goes wrong or you simply need to return an unopened product, you can lose 25% of your money.
I genuinely regret giving this company a good review in the first place. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Floorstore.
For me, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had when buying flooring. A company should value its customers and show some common sense and flexibility, especially when goods are returned unopened and in perfect condition.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you're 100% certain you won't need to return anything. HOW CAN THEY CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE WHEN THEY PUT THE ITEMS ON THE BIG PILE FROM WHERE IT CAME FROM ??????

Our 25% returns charge forms part of our standard returns policy and was clearly set out in the terms agreed and signed at the time of purchase. While we appreciate this was not the outcome you had hoped for, the policy was applied consistently in this instance.
