We were most impressed by range of designs - far more than appear on the Floors2Go website. The staff were most helpful and friendly, and the fitters have done a really excellent job. The bathroom floor was a slightly irregular shape, and they have coped with that exceptionally well. We are extremely pleased, and would recommend this firm highly.

Ordered flooring 14/9 (Sunday) told us it would take 2 days to come into shop. Went back 5 days after (Friday) to collect it to be told it wasn’t there & they would need to chase it up. Left it with the guy who called me an hour later to say they would deliver Monday (another 3 days later) of which I said no as we were both at work & wanted the flooring down that weekend. To then be told he would have it delivered to them from the Dudley store the next day (Sat) & get it to us later that afternoon & guess what it never turned up! So we went to the store this morning (Sun now 1 week later) to see where it was & ended up in an argument with one of the staff to be told “it wasn’t his problem” unbelievable! It turns out the flooring wasn’t even at the store (yet again) but they could get it there in 15 minutes of which we told them to forget it & we wanted a refund. What an absolute joke of a company! The manager gave us no apology & the service was shocking. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

The fitter was very good (knew what he was doing) it took 2 days as it was most of our ground floor but he did a neat job with a helper and the attention to detail was excellent. Our Sales Adviser, Raheem, was polite, friendly and extremely helpful and made sure we were kept updated and checked on progress regularly. Would definitely recommend Floors2Go Telford!

Had a fantastic deal at telford store for laminate fitters arrived on time did a brilliant job suppased my expectations would definitely use again five stars all the way thanks floors to go

Absolutely terrible company bought a floor they put it down disgraceful terrible job. Came back out glued it together. Started to buckle and break. Came out 6Times all the fitters were rude and disrespectful and said the job was shit and refused to do the job. A man called Rob came out promising that he would get it put right. HE DID NOTHING. DO NOT Buy from them let alone fit a floor. Now off to the small claims court 😡😡🤞🤞

Following reading all the negative review, I was abit hesitant to be honest but after getting a good quote, I decided to move forward! My experience was very good and I guess the negative reviews dealt with other employees probably. Nabeel was a very informative and communicative person. The fitter Maz did a great job too. Well, I would say based on the other feedback, when you visit there insist talking to Nabeel and ask for Maz as a fitter. I recommend the shop to make Nabeel the manager for a business success!

Firstly it was down to me to remove rubbish, the carpets already come lose from the door bar & coming away from stairs in places, I guess you get what you pay for, cheap price, cheap finish, wouldn’t recommend!

Avoid at all costs the floor is rubbish aftercare none exhostance they are quick enough to take your money absolutely fuming as it was such a expense and it's rubbish iv complained 3 times every time they say on someone will be coming to sort the issues out they never turn up

Don't even deserve 1 star absolutely terrible service from Sam in the Trench Telford store, measured up wrong, quote didn't even include beading which we asked for. Took 4 days to complete the job after multiple phonecalls and lying about what I said! Wrong amount of flooring delivered. The only good point was the fitter going above and beyond making sure it was finished for me and going out of his way to pick up the additional floor we needed to finish as Floors to go are useless

Good floor, nice colour. No hammed was very helpful. Came on time. Mohammed and the other workers were very helpful in loading into car. Had to take a few trips so they helped with this. Really appreciate your help guys.

We found ourselves needing to swap carpet for laminate flooring as my partner had become more reliant on using a wheelchair.

We contacted several companies and Floors 2 Go Dudley was the shop we decided to go with. I will put my hands up, reading some of the reviews on Google and trust pilot had me more than a little worried. But they seemed so contradictory to the Andi who had driven out, after office hours, to measure and give us a quote.

Andi listened to what we wanted and why and gave us recommendations based on our needs, which is more than the other two companies we had quotes off did.

We placed our order and within 10 days the fitter came to install the floor. We are more than happy with job and would recommend floors 2 go Dudley.

Agreed a delivery date, didn't turn up. Arranged another time, again didn't turn up. Then expected someone to wait in all day for a company that is ten minutes up the road. Fitters were waiting and the rude and patronising staff didn't apologise. Kept calling me "darlin". Avoid at all costs.

Fab from start to finish, Dave knew his stuff and guided me, it looks lovely and I will certainly return when I move home, thank you Jo

I would like to say ive firstly been a good customer to this company but recantly i would not recomend this company previously purchesed a carpet on ebay that thay took order for but did not have it in stock this was a major headache sorting a suitable carpet in place of the origanal order thay took that did not have in stock.thought great i try them again looked at pictures of carpets and ordered the one i liked it was delivered but nothing like the picture from which i ordered from to be honest i found the company hard work in seeing my dissatisfaction in what i recieved but eventaully thay agreed to replace it after many emails,i phoned the company expressed that i wished to sort a replacement out so it would be satisfactory for me then thay could deliver and collect thier carpet as it would save someone having two days off and this could be done in one,so i was clear but oh no the company still tried to arrange pic up against my wishes i told the company who rang regarding pick up this was not to happen until i had replacement so could all be done in one the lady said ok only for them to turn up when not arranged and take the carpet from my child i am fuming as i expressed to the carpet company and return company that it was not to happen until i had booked a carpet to replace the carpet so it could all be done in one day.and a adult would be home i feel that the companys put us at risk and rather worrying that my child gave them the carpet when nothing had been okayed and nothing replaced total lack of respect and unbelievable custoner service sucks will not be buying again if this is not sorted in my opionion its theft as not arranged made myself clear on what was to happen i hope this company sorts this satisfactory or i will be taking this further without a doubt im now left with no carpet to replce the one thay took and am so angry

Awful customer service. No refunds apparently, but no signs to tell you this before you purchase. Only on the back of your receipt once it’s too late!!! Would avoid at all costs, says they won’t be beaten on price but it’s far cheaper else where!

I will give zero star to this company. Bought laminate floor from dudley branch. We ordered things based on estimated measurements and paid for it on the day. Then we asked someone to come and take exact measurements. Andy came and measured the areas. Fitters came on 9th March and did their job efficiently. Left the place tidy. We aoud them after their job was completed. We asked them how much pack of laminate and underlay they bought. I was told 4 new underlay and few pieces left over in the shop; and 32 boxes of laminate. ( we had paid for 42 boxes). Next day we went to the shop to speak to them about doing the calculations based on correct measurements. The guy who was dealing with wasn't in but he had left the calculations with the oerdon in store and it can to £48. We knew it wasnt correct so we were asked to come back to speak to Andy. We went back today. While dealing with us he answered the shop phone when there were 2 other men in the shop who could have answered the phone. He then did the calculations and wasn't happy to give us the refund which now came to around £ 121. Why was it 48 before? When I mentioned that we brought back a pack of underlay from which only 4 strips were used he lost his temper. He then said to me that i am shouting. When he was the one who was shouting and not listening to us. I then went o er to speak to the other guy and showed him pics and tried to explain the situation and Andy came around and started screaming again. I said I'm speaking with this other gentleman and not him. He then said that I was abusive. How easily he can use derogatory comments for customers. He has no clue of customer servixe. He's rude, arrogant and aggressive. He was pointing fingers and constantly shouting. It was a minor thing which could have been resolved amicably but not with Andy. He there to fight and to get his point at any cost. I will not be going back to that branch again. I will be writing to senior management.

I basically spent a lot of money on carpet and flooring for my whole house. It is a beautiful brand new build our dream home. Floors 2 go Dudley branch advised myself and my husband to use their carpet fitter as if anything went wrong they could not be accountable. I had my own laminate floor fitter. However, after the carpet was fitted 2 of the doorways didn't seem right. My doors were always open. Upon shutting the door I realised the carpet was cut short about 2 and a half inches from the door frame. This person is supposed to be a professional carpet fitter recommended to me and used by floors 2 go. Neither of them are taking responsibility whilst my flooring looks like shambles done by a rookie. I'm absolutely devastated as my flooring was not cheap. I have never seen carpet layed like that in my life. I'm fuming right now and people must be aware of circumstances like this. If the carpet fitter knew it looked wrong why didn't he show me so it could have been corrected without cutting the carpet and putting a silly door bar across. It's looks like a ****** mess. The laminate floor can be cut but I cannot retrieve my carpet. I feel sick every time I see it.
Something has to be done, it cannot stay that way.
If not resolved I will have to take this matter to trading standards. A professional should know his work. He was sent to my home by floors 2go How dare they send a cowboy to my home. I trusted them on there recommendation as a customer.
Someone must be made accountable!!!
If I could show the pictures here I would. Its a joke. I would actually laugh but it's by all means NOT FUNNY!!!

This firm is run by a pack of con artists. I bought some laminate flooring in January 2020. It was never delivered. Excuse after excuse. Went into Cardiff shop on 14th August. Had another load of excuses. Now telling me to come in this week and will refund my money. DO NOT BUY from these thieves.

We bought their lvt flooring in a oak colour. Looked great when it went down but now the joints are starting to lift , also however much I wash the floor its never clean, it looks to me as if the colour is coming of the floor is which is very and so noticeable on white socks.
