Do not use this company..take your money but don’t deliver goods. Don’t let them fob you off saying it’s the couriers fault. JUST DO NOT ORDER. Go local.

Very disappointed. The flooring does not lock in at sides. The diagram makes no sense, at all. I've just hoped for the best here, but don't feel confident. Not good.

It speaks volumes when you have to call a company regarding a missing delivery (4 weeks late), that the sales teams answers instantly, but you're on hold near an hour to discuss a complaint.

As a joiner, I deal with many distributors for a variety of materials, and I can say with absolute certainty, UK Flooring Direct, are the worst company that I have ever ordered from!

Paid delivery to come for a set date, which came 3 days later than delivery date. This caused me to lose out on work, money they surely won't reimburse me. Was on hold for 40 mins, where i was forced to listen to the same prerecorded loop, of them braging about how they're so reliable and efficient in their services... the irony🤦

Absolutely shoddy flooring. Only two years and it’s cracked everywhere and we are going to have to replace it all. Complete joke!

THIEVES AND FRAUDSTERS. I BOUGHT A FLOOR IN FEBRUARY FOR 1,300 POUNDS. TO THIS DAY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A FLOOR OR A REFUND.

Just like everybody else here, I was foolishly scammed with a carpet that never arrived. Took my money and ran. Do not be fooled by their website and false claims. I will be able to get my money back through the bank, but it's a two month wait so hardly ideal if you don't have additional money for more carpet or flooring.

Scammers. Made an order via eBay. First said Monday just gone then it said delivery date is Friday just gone. It’s now Sunday night and I’m still none the wiser to where my flooring is. It says it’s been sent out but there’s no tracking info 🤷🏻‍♀️ luckily eBay offers buyer protection so these little scammers won’t keep my money I’ll get it back on the 16th. Please avoid like the plague.

I'm glad I found out about this company before I actually made an order! The fact that 2 separate orders of floor sample requests were each cancelled the following day, plus the fact that their phone line states 'calls to this number are suspended' had me worrying and led me here to all these negative reviews.

Same as everyone else - I paid weeks ago and expectednext day delivery as the website states. OVer 2 weeks later and no carpets. No response to the phone. No response to email or live chat. Please save your cash and go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 I would. Disgusting company. Same as other customers no reply. Have taken money. How are they allowed to get away with this.

Same here. Ordered, paid, but nothing sent. Cannot contact by phone or email. I think they have gone under, but still taking our money.

Didn't receive order after numerous emails they responded they were looking for a different supplier a week later still nothing requested a refund said 2-5 working days it's now 6 working days

Like everyone else, I ordered from this company and then heard nothing. No one answers phones or mail and even the online chat function is offline. Either they've gone out of/are going out of business or this is an outright scam. AVOID

Ordered underlay from this company 2 weeks ago. No email confirmation or correspondence at all. Have tried calling several times and never answer. Do not use this company because i do not believe they are a real company anymore and are scamming people. They have been reported and my bank are currently looking into the transaction

I placed an order on February 25, 2025, and paid through Clearpay. The company provided no updates, no shipping confirmation, and completely ignored my emails and calls. After weeks of silence, I checked Trustpilot and found that many other customers had experienced the same issue—no delivery, no response, and no refunds.
