I had problems getting onto the Webb then decided to ring the lady was very helpful and ordered a couple of litres of chemical asked about other products was very happy to help with these as well

I called the number on the website, looking for a cleaner for our engineered hard wood flooring.
I was advised to buy Marldon 700 MXC liquid wax care. As they are the experts, I went with this.
The cost was approximately £38 delivered.
I was really looking forward to be putting this down. My optimism was short lived. On putting it on our flooring, it literally evaporated in One Minute! It doesn’t get rid of ANY stains or marks on the floor. It certainly doesn’t protect it either.
A complete waste of money. Avoid this product, it’s a total scam.

I have been looking for real wood door thresholds for a few days, since most websites only sell metal or plastic ones that don't go well with my wood flooring. There are a few sites but all of them have terrible reviews! I didn't trust them and I was reluctant to buy from them.

I came across Havwoods Accessories after a long time searching. I really liked the thresholds they have, especially that they have several finishes including bare wood so that I can buy a stain on my own that goes with my flooring.

But two more important things are that 1) they have LOTS of great reviews (one more here!) and 2) they delivered in three days. Very unexpected in these times when companies treat you like a king until you give them your money and then you become invisible to them.
