In August 2023 I had an internal but more extensive flood in the same area. Cost to dry $1232. Two years later FES charged $12654.65 (more than 10 times the earlier cost)

The team at FES were amazing from start to finish when I had a pipe burst in my shower and flood my bedroom and ensuite. Their professionalism and communication throughout the whole process was great in a high stress time and they were able to ensure that my house was dried with no damage to anything.
