I got their phone case for the iphone 17, screen protector and camera protector. They use the cheapest delivery services possible so my camera protector got delivered to the wrong address, I had photo evidence that the driver went to the wrong place. I still don't have a resolution to this and it has been over 2 weeks since contacting their support. The phone case and screen protector is nothing special, could've got a case off of amazon for half the price.

The glass material seems superb. But it produces bubbles that are impossible to get out. I've just installed it on a brand new iPhone, removed the original screen paper and immediately put on the flolab installation kit. It was all dust-free as I wiped and blew it all of with pressurized air. Still there are bubbles which just won't go away.

Product was easy to install except for one small thing, pulling the tab. Instructions were clear.
Took a long time to get the product but it was not an issue for me.
The kit has everything you need to put on a highly rated screen protector.

First of all I think it’s in if the best tempered glass out there . Secondly for some bucks they send you new for free if it breaks , I am reviewer from Greece and I recommend it 1000%

I ordered a screen protector on January 16th (2026). After 10 days of not receiving an update about the shipping, I contacted FLOLAB using their only provided contact method, an email address, asking for a status update. No response. FLOLAB failed to advertise that they ship your order directly from China using a Chinese shipping company (GOFO) that is poor at providing shipping progress. Expect long delivery waits with no communication nor updates about its shipping progress.

Package was eventually delivered on January 29th - nearly two weeks after I submitted my order - by a rando dude in an unmarked car w/o a uniform on.

Four days after delivery, I contacted FLOLAB requesting to return the order and receive a refund as I mistakenly ordered the incorrect screen protector - FLOLAB advertises returns and refunds as part of their return policy. Again, no response.

By FLOLAB never responding to my inquiries and honoring their advertised return policy, they are unresponsive at best and fraudulent at worst.

After looking at a number of videos and ratings I decided to purchase a Flolab nanoarmour onetimepro screen protector and Flolab camera protectors for a new iPhone. All arrived in excellent condition. Installation was reasonable. I have previously always used Otterbox cases and had already purchased a new Symmetry case. The Flolab website had noted that the Otterbox Defender was not compatible. The Symmetry case caused immense bubbling at the protector top edge. I then purchased the Flolab surtech case after receiving quick solid answers from Flolab to a few concerns I had. Again the case arrived in excellent condition and has taken care of all the edge bubbling issues. I have been very pleased with the Flolab products and experience.

Screen protector looks great - seems to be smooth, doesn't pick up smudges and oil, and the anti-reflective coating is great. I wish it went all the way to the edges of the screen though, it's noticeable that the screen protector is just a bit smaller than the screen. The one I have is the nano armour for the pixel 9 pro.

It seems that flolab does not want honest reviews on their website. I criticised the tri fusion case for the iphone 15 pro for its material that is scratching very fast after purchase. I would rate the case with a 4/5 but if Flolab can‘t stand criticsm, I give the company an honest 2/5. Their price policy is still worth mentioning because you get what you pay for. But if you offer reviews on your website, you must stick to it.

Only good to say. I’ve been buying their screen protectors for a couple of years now for both my wife and I. Their warranty service is really nice, offering a one-time replacement per purchase. So you can get a replacement once for the price of shipping. That’s a really nice service model and the support team is very helpful. The product in itself is also very good. Highly recommended company.

Bought a Iphone17 Pro AR Privacy screen protector and within 1 month, i am now asking for my 3rd Screen protector, 1st one had bubbles during install which never went away, 2nd had chip on top corner after a mere 2 feet drop on a wooden floor, now when i go for warranty claim for the 3rd , they are asking me more for the shipping charges which used to £7 , now asking for £9.95.

I had used Spigen for years now , barely had to change. I truly believe the quality of this product is awful compared to others Specially when you take into account the price you pay.To begin with you pay £37(Including Shipping), and 2nd one costed me Another £7.20 in Shipping and now 3rd one they are asking £9.95, so like £54 for set of 3 . Wow it would be better to have apple accidental cover rather than just buying these inferior quality screen protector. I fell for this brand after all the marketing hype and it now clearly looks like they were all paid for .

The screen protector is okay, over the 2 years of hearing them ive sent them about 7 emails. NONE of which i have gotten an answer to. I want to claim my lifetime warranty and AGAIN no damn answer. One of the poorest customer service companies ive encountered.

This was my first Anti-Reflective screen protector and didn’t have too much of an expectation but it does make a meaningful difference opposed to standard screen protectors.

It feels as those I can truly just see my phones screen and what’s happening without reflections getting in the way.

The screen protector also feels smooth and my fingers just glide across the screen.

All in all, this is a 10/10 product, you do pay for it but it’s worth it.

Especially getting limited life time warranty.

DONT BUY FROM THEM! After some in depth research I came to the conclusion that this company creates false hype by affiliation through social media personalities. They have a thing on their site where they seek active promotion from social media personalities. The majority of youtube videos out there make their products look really good, however none of that aligns with what the people write on reddit etc. Furthermore they do have a "Reviews" section on their site where they list tons of only 5 star reviews which are very repetitive and obviously faked. Also I'm convinced that many 5 star reviews here on Trustpilot are fake. It seems like the fact that people complain about terrible customer service requires tons of 5 star reviews proposing the exact opposite (good customer service) which seems unrealistic and staged because if a company was good, customer support would not be needed to be mentioned in any review ever.

I came across FloLab from a YouTuber (MobileReviewsEh!) that tested several iPhone cases and screen protectors—demonstrating that FloLab was the best of all that were tested. Shipping was quick, price is reasonable and the installation was super simple. The privacy screen protector shields from prying eyes while not darkening the phone screen’s regular view so much that it is difficult to see like other privacy screen protectors I’ve used in the past.

I placed an order. Few days later checked order status. It said there were 2 shipments the same order number? One said order ready to ship, other one said cancelled. Tried to send message with pics of BOTH “orders” and I could only upload one pic. AND it kept saying wait so I don’t know if message when through. I will order from another company.

TWO deep scratches and I've only had this a couple of weeks. My phone hasn't been anywhere besides my house. I wrote a few days ago and have not heard back. I tried calling the phone number and it doesn't go through. I want to hear back from you. I want a full refund.

Do not worry about the product quality. It won’t get to you. After a months worth of communication with the company support and shipping company, I have yet to receive my products.

This company is a scam. Stay Away

Between work and hobby's my phone is used and abused having both screen and camera protection is crucial, flolab holds up! Flolab FTW!

Best screen protector ever! Totally recommend!
