I started using floatmessage.com to…

I started using floatmessage.com to handle initial interactions with my website visitors, and the results have been fantastic. It communicates automatically and intelligently, which has saved me a massive amount of time on manual customer service. What impressed me most was how easy it was to tweak and guide the AI to match my specific needs. If you want to automate your site's engagement without a technical headache, I highly recommend it.

half my customer questions answered

I run a small Shopify store and used to miss half my customer questions because I wasn't always at my laptop. Since I installed FloatMessage and
turned on push notifications, I get an alert on my phone the second someone asks something. The AI handles the basic questions for me, and I jump in when
it's a real buyer. Honestly can't believe this is only $10/month — I was paying $40 for a chat tool that couldn't even do half of this.
