I ordered art on April 30, 2020, Not received
I ordered a large diamond art on April 30, 2020. On May 24, 2020 I got a text with a tracking number saying it had been shipped. I allowed extra time because of Covid. As of today, July1, 2020, it still has not come. I’ve tried tracking it many times but have been unsuccessful. I texted back, no response. I called and a recording informed me the number could not be reached, 1 (936) 262-3652. I am very disappointed as this was going to be a gift.

The staff member that served me
The staff member that served me, went out of there way to help me, which I really appreciated. I have a wide foot and high instep which makes it extremely difficult to get comfortable work boots. I have worn these already with no blisters, aches or pain. Thank you so much.
