Used Flo Smart LTD to move two radiators and put in a new hob. Excellent service, very tidy work, good communication. Really pleased with the work. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased we used flow-smart to install our combi boiler.
Dan was punctual, tidy, friendly and knowledgeable. He also kept us entertained with his singing and MC skills.

Dan did a number of plumbing jobs for me including replacing my water cylinder for an unvented cylinder, replacing a shower screen and toilet seat and plumbing in a washing machine. The work was done to a high standard and Dan made time for some extras like putting shelves in the airing cupboard. Dan always honours the price quoted and I would not hesitate to employ him for future work.

Cannot praise Dan enough for his excellent work,he transformed our bathroom into something to be proud of.
His tiling and plumbing skills were to a very high standard,hard working, tidy, always on time, very professional,a thoroughly nice guy.

After requesting help with an old cylinder at the house Dan from Flo Smart came on time and quickly provided a comprehensive quote for the job. Price was good and they were able to fit the job in quickly. Dan spent 3 days at the house doing exactly what he said - overcoming a number of hurdles without any delay - he was very experienced and I’m delighted with the job - 10/10

Dan came out to do a quote which was returned the same day. The price was very reasonable for the work done and it was done soon after the quote. The work was done to a high standard. We will be employing Dan again to do future work.

FloSmart were very professional at all times and took the time to talk to, explain and confirm everything to us. They even went further than I thought they would in terms of making good and always took the time each day to tidy up before they left. Flosmart is the best trade business I have come across. We needed a complete renovation of our house and the teamwork between the trades was second to none. The work was of an exceptionally high standard with excellent advice given throughout the process of every job. A fantastic business, great guys, quality workmanship, reliable and turned up exactly when they said they would - I will now always use Flosmart for every electrical, heating and plumbing works.

Dan was asked to strip out our bathroom and fit a new one. When he came he told us what needed to be done how much it would cost and the cheapest way to achieve it. Dan turned up when he said he would and kept us updated when other jobs over-ran. He was clean and tidy and always professional.

From my first enquiry to the end of the job I was very happy with all aspects of - communication, timelines, cost and the work. No hassle and a very friendly service. Everything I want when you have jobs you need doing. Highly recommended.

Dan came to quote us to replace our radiators in our house. Very presentable and punctual. We went ahead and the job took 1.5 days and no mess or loud noise. Dan was very informative about the radiators and excellent in his communication about workings of new product. On time daily and could not fault his work and tidiness. Would not hesitate in recommending Dan and Flo Smart Ltd to family and friends.

Really great job from Nick, had a lot of work done over the last few weeks- re-wiring in the loft, new fuse box, lots of lights replaced/fitted, new sockets and switches, outside lights replaced, and loads more. Dan also came all the way to connect our dishwasher too! Cant complain at all, arrived on time, clean, lots of advice given. Highly reccomend!

Just moved to new bungalow and wanted 40 year old boiler changed plus lot of other gas & plumping work. Dan gave very reasonable quote. He was really very professional, extremely knowledgeable and punctual. He did a neat and tidy work and even help to fix couple of odd things for free as good will gesture. I would surely recommend him for any Gas & Boiler work.

Dan came round to view the job and gave a fixed price quotation. He attended when he said he was going to and communicated with me at all stages. When he was round, I asked him to do some additional work - removal of two old gas fires. Dan very kindly completed this without charging extra.
My boiler is working beautifully and I am happy with the job. I would use Flo Smart again and be happy to recommend them
