Received item, not as described. Not refund after 2 months waiting. AVOID, AVOID AVOID!

I would 0 stars … dress was not as described was cheap and did not fit .. they will not respond to emails to refund , do not order from this scam company waste of money !!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Item arrived and was not as described, so I returned it. Flixor has acknowledged receipt of the return, but I'm still waiting for my refund almost two months later.

Terrible service and fear is a scam company! Dress was not as advertised, far too small and when I emailed them I was informed I would receive a refund within a few days. It’s now been 4 weeks and nothing. They are no longer responding to emails so I’m £40 out of pocket and have no clue how to get my money back. Do not use this company.

Reading other reviews, I’m lucky that I did actually receive the goods although it was very late!

I don’t want them so I want to return. The website claims 100% free returns but there is no described process.

I have been able to get through to them on email and they said they would just issue a refund (no need to return the £80 worth of dresses), but the refund hasn’t arrived. I’ve chased multiple times and they just apologise and say they will contact the refund department.

Will contact my Bank now.

Have been scammed. No delivery. Emails non specific and not dealing with my complaints. Do not use!

WON'T REFUND and FAKE REVIEWS....ordered dress and arrived but quality was poor and much shorter than in images on website.
Have been trying for 2 weeks to get a response to return/refund but they just reply with standard response saying we will be in touch in a day or 2 to organise. Then hear nothing. Going to have to go through credit card to receive refund as not getting anywhere. Have left a review on their website giving them a poor review and suprisingly it doesnt show.

Beware of this company, a lot of fake reviews on their website. Read the reviews, then you’ll see for yourself. Reporting to ASA.

AVOID -scam company, ordered a dress on 10th Nov for 2-12 days delivery.item hasn't arrived, location tracking it still in China. company ignoring emails. going thru bank for refund but may have to cut my losses.will be reporting this company. I believe any reviews that are 5 stars to be fake and from the company themselves.
