I have used FLIZGRAB for a while now and it's a great application for downloading from netflix but it has a very serious issue with customer support, if you buy 1 year license be sure you might use it for only 3 months and your license will expire, and when i send email regarding that i never get any response from them, well i took the my first experience as maybe system error, recently i bought the 3 months subscription just after 30 days of activation, it is showing license has expired, and now required i buy another license, this time i have send them email again hopefully they will respond if not i will suggest everyone stay from their application

I have windows 11. $59.99 charged for 1 yr. subscription through Microsoft. Received a "No reply" email receipt of transaction. No license # given. No log in or password offered after purchase. Phone number on posted transaction is disconnected. No way to access support on their website. Product doesn't work. BEWARE.

I was looking for an application that would allow me to retrieve a movie that is only available from an amazon prime partner. I've tried a few other applications, both free and paid, and even screen capture software, but nothing satisfied me. The software is less ergonomic, or in the case of capture software, the image isn't as good quality as the source and forces you to let the video run on the screen for the duration.

And then I discovered flixgrab, I tried this application a little while ago and frankly it's very easy to use. It works with Netflix, Amazon, Disney (and other platforms I haven't used yet).
After installation (no virus detected), just copy/paste the link to get a list of the different audio and video qualities available. Downloading only takes a few seconds or minutes!

I liked the ease of use, and above all the results (high quality 1920*1080 video and 640kbits sound). I was able to recover a very rare film for a friend.
So I'm delighted to have found this application.

Flixgrab no longer downloads any files from any site. As a test I downloaded the individual fite downloaders and tried them and none of them will download any files. I have created a number of bug reports that have never been responded to. Their fixall of deleting account info and uninstalling/reinstalling has no effect on the problem. Don't waste your money on this one. They also don't give refunds.

THIS APPLICATION USED TO BE GOOD HOWEVER THEY RECENTLY PUSHED OUT UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE THAT MAKE IT ONLY USABLE ON OPERATING SYSTEMS OTHER THAN WINDOWS 7. I LITERALLY NOW HAVE TO PURCHASE ANOTHER COMPUTER IN ORDER TO USE IT.

WITH THE RECENT UPDATE TO NETFLIX AND FLIXGRABS UPDATE TO COUNTER SEEMS WE CAN ONLY DOWNLOAD 720P AND THEY ARE TO LAZY TO FIX. THESE GUYS ARE A WAST OF TIME. ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY.

I purchased 1 year license for the All Video downloader where you can download from AMAZON PRIME VIDEO, NETFLIX AND HULU from FLIXGRAB. It was working fine until lately. Error was
" VIDEO CAN'T BE PARSED ". I have sent a request 4 times already to Tech support to fix it. You will receive an automatic reply like this " We have received your request and are working its solution, within 72 hours you will received a response ". I never got a response at all from those 4 request. It's been over a month and still not working. I requested a refund and was not also attended. Do not purchased this app at all. Terrible Tech Support. No support at all. I wouldn't recommend it.

Used to be a good application but they are just to lazy to keep up with the times. Recently purchased a new 1 year license and after activating it could only download videos in 540p, couldnt download 720 or 1080. Contacted them, said it was a known issue and they would update it in a couple days. Well they updated it and yeah I could now choose to download 1080 but when I click on download the application shut down and wouldnt download the video. Contacted them again and they went through the bs of clear temp files etc out then wanted video of me clicking on the download button and the application shutting down. REALLY, I LITTERALLY TOLD YOU WHAT WAS HAPPENING BUT THEY WANTED A VIDEO OF IT. I am not going to play these games. Will be filing claim with credit card company and get my money back. STAY AWAY THERE ARE BETTER APPLICATIONS OUT THERE THAN FLIXGRAB!

Too slow app and crash every 3 files

Good program (when it works) however, for the price they want, it's way too high. I tried the trial a ways back and I just checked, it's still outrageous. I'll stick to recording things myself until someone gets something comparable at a decent price. Bye-bye Flixgrab - you greedy guys, no money from me.
Also just installed FlixPal - seems to be a better program however it too is way to expensive to even consider purchasing.

I write this review after using this app for weeks and the stand alone versions for over a year.
If you want low res grabs, and are prepared to download one at a time and start again every time it crashes, you might get what you want from this and I have successfully downloaded from Amazon Netflix and Disney.
Hi res for them is 720p, forget about 1080p or 4k, you will not get thisfrom Disney + (Edit: just tried a youtube video and they are coming in high res.) You can add a whole bunch of titles to auto download, but it crashes so often you will be simply wasting your time and have to go and grab all the links you want again. This has happened so often for me that I'll only ever paste two links in now to avoid the heartache.
It often crashes for no reason. I've grabbed 15 30 minute shows this morning and have had 5 crashes, and that's about the norm.
If you can put up with the above, you might get soem millage with this, but don't expect a trouble free experience.
For reference I've tried on multiple PC's with both windows 10 and windows 11, and none of my machines crash on any other program and are not doing any other tasks whilst I try and download. I'm now an IBM pensioner with a very long history of tech support - its clear this is poorly coded and the QA is very poor.

It was working well for 3 days, After that it threw an error saying that install limit has been reached and that i should buy a license again, like supposedly it was installed in more than one computer which that was not the case. I give it one star cause they never replied to my emails about the issue.

Excellent experience with this app, I think it is the most complete in relation to value and price compared to other competing rivals. on old ipads sometimes there is the need to have an offline connection to enjoy a series or a movie this is the remedy.

Flixgrab is very simple, cut and paste links, wait a moment for it to load, then .. voila it starts downloading.
Very simple to add entire seasons, hassle free.
Change default settings to what you want, and it follows your directions every time.
