NO STARS

NO STARS! What a sh*t company this is!! They are only in business due to their quite cheap fares no other reason! Imagen a company that doesn’t have a customer service department that listens to customer?! Well, this company does!! Flixbus advised me to purchase a train ticket instead of using my already purchased FlixBus ticket as their local service was on strike. I was also promised and assured that FlixBus would reimburse my train ticket. When I tried to receive the reimbursement they refused! Disgusting! That’s what kind of appalling company they are!! Avoid at all costs! Pay a bit more to go with a reputable service.

Was left stranded in Porto

Was left stranded in Porto. They sent an email saying the bus was not marked as FlixBus a few minutes before scheduled departure. No announcement from the driver if the bus did indeed arrive at the terminal, they never confirmed nor denied the bus arrived.

Only communication was with an online chat whom never offered another seat on a later bus, refund or resolution of any kind. Nor did they definitively stat the bus was there.

The session ended with:
I believe I’ve addressed your concern thoroughly and provided complete assistance, I truly hope the support was helpful and met your expectations. {Call Terminated}

I.e., we are done, we have your money, we will not return it, offer alternative transport, or engage in any more communication. Piss Off !!

Very sketchy company. Pick a regional carrier, one that has better paid drivers and owners that are a tall involved with the operations, and give a crap.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I had a ticket from Porto airport to A Coruña and the bus left us in Vigo due to industrial action without an alternative. We had to buy a train ticket, spendind extra money and arriving 3h later than planned. When we contacted the company to get a refund they denied the cancelation of service. They simply say that we stay in Vigo because we wanted but the buses were operating as normal, which is not true. The driver told us to get off the bus and that no buses were going to A Coruña due to this industrial action.

Photographic proof their liars

I’ve enclosed two photos to prove flex bus are scammers and complete liars, which proves their bus was not on ever going to arrive their email saying the bus was 60 minutes late arrived almost 8 hours after the supposedbuses departure time please take a look at the photos. Don’t use use this company.AVOID sorry there’s nothing on the trustpilot website for downloading photos to this review but I do have them

They cancelled de entire route in the…

They cancelled the entire route in the middle of the summer, showing no consideration for those who had planned their holidays around these transport options. Their excuses for this were unbelievable, and all communication with the support team was just standard copy-and-paste answers.

If you can avoid this company.

Good journey, coach in poor condition

There was nothing at all wrong with the journey from Faro - Seville, the coach left on-time and arrived on-time. My issue was with the condition of the coach. There had been a couple of nice new coaches in the Flixbus livery leave before our coach arrived. Ours was a much older coach without the Flixbus signage & many of the seat tables were missing or broken and it was the same with the storage pockets on the back of the seats.
