Rubbish service no customer service
Bus booked months in advance. Notification of delay of 74 mins 10 mins before leaving. Waited 74 mins no bus and tracker shows it left on time. Bots redirect you to the tracker which is incorrect. No idea what happened had to pay 4 times the price for national express, very nice though.

The bus was conducive throughout the trip to Bristol on 23rd June, however we encountered a major delay during the trip in Sheffield....we were delayed for about an hour before they eventually transferred us to a later flix bus......it wasn't very pleasant for me becauseIwas late to my appointment......we finally arrived safely at Bristol .

Frequent delays and cancellations
I use this service 5 days a week, from bristol to london and london bristol.
There is always frequent delays and is rampant. 15 to 20 minutes delays should be normal, but 60 minutes and cancellations is outrageous and unexplained. I actually don't get a refund when there is a cancellation and i have a couple of refunds not received. dont know when i will get them into my accounts.
Drivers are good, and give you smooth driving but is always a headache, when i have to be checking mails for delays and cancellations of my trip.
