Joining Flipper - my best Energy ‘Switch’

Joining Flipper is the best ‘move’ I’ve ever made in connection with my Energy contracts.
The modest annual charge is a small price to pay for getting the best ‘deal’ for me and my Pensioner’s budget.
Also, gone is the nightmare of trying to deal with slippery Customer Service systems compared to which the simple Flipper online email experience is a real ‘dream’!

Despite the electricity suppliers…

Despite the electricity suppliers making the transfer difficult due to their error, Jonny at Flipper was a diamond and help the switch go through smoothly. I feel confident we are using reputable suppliers and are using the best tariff for our level of usage.

Great service

When I telephoned Flipper for help, the call was answered very quickly -- unlike most companies where I have to wait for a long time. The man I spoke to was very helpful and is even going to call back later for more information.

I have only just joined Flipper.

I have only just joined Flipper, so it may be too early to judge. However all contact so far, has been both very helpful and professional.
I am still receiving post from my previous supplier, who managed to confuse my meter readings totally, (one reason I moved to Flipper) which is yet to be resolved...?
I look forward to easier communication with Flipper.

I apologise that you have had problems with your previous supplier. I attempted to call today to go over your account, unfortunately with no luck.

Your old supplier has six weeks from your switch date to produce your final bill. They will produce your final bill on the opening readings you provided to your new supplier to make sure you are not overcharged.

Saves me money every year.

Excellent service that continues to save me money every year.
Any problems are dealt with effectively and efficiently and usually eminate from the power companies, not Flipper.

What are you waiting for? You just save money!!

I've been with Flipper for well over 4 years, and there's no catch! They simply review your energy costs monthly [automatically] and tell you if they can save money by flipping you to another supplier. I reckon I've saved around £750 by using them!
They've even helped me obtain an Economy 7 meter to make the most of my new night storage heaters!

Always helpful

Always helpful, easy to get through.
We have been with Flipper since 2016 and they have saved us a load of money in that time.
If you ever get problems with the various energy suppliers these people will help.
Highly recommend these people, especially if, like me, comparing the market every month isn’t your thing.

Plus and minus..

Telephone service was superb.My particular thanks to Vicky. Email not so good. Message re price difference between symbio and neon reef had a mistake not tolerated by a teacher of eight year olds.

Very easy administration

Very easy administration. Seamless. Only had to give my details once when registering with flipper. Very happy as they have saved us so much money and it’s all green power which is great for our planet.
