I had terrible experience with this vendor - Loddita.

I had ordered a Christmas sweater the first week of December. Estimated arrival time according to their website was way before Christmas. The sweater arrived on December 28. It was supposed to be a part of the coordinated ugly Christmas sweaters presents for my family, let’s just say it has not happened due to this vendor.

To make matters worse, the product that has arrived today is not AT ALL as described on the website. It was supposed to be a SWEATER, hence the name: ugly Christmas sweater. What has arrived is not a sweater at all, it's a long sleeve polyester T-shirt of the awful quality.

I ordered boots at the end of September 2021 and they put the wrong address on the package which was confirmed by USPS and it was delivered to that wrong address. I asked for a full refund since it took a month to ship and was told in several emails to be patient. I am now two months in on one transaction and have not been refunded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM PERIOD.

This is a bogus site. This is a total scam. Ordered a dress in August and still don't have it at the end of November.

This company is a heartless scumbag cheating lowlife company. I ordered 4 dresses on April 2, 2021. Once I received the tracking number, I started tracking the package. Then when I track the package on May 8, 2021, the package had been delivered to Asheville, North Carolina 28804 at 2:45 pm on May 8, 2021. I immediately sent Flipom STUPID an email. The next day I receive an email from Flipom STUPID stating they will contact Logistics and get back to me. Well on May 10, 2021, Flipom STUPID sent me an email with the tracking information showing the package had been delivered to Asheville, NC. Then I was asked did I receive it? I emailed back stating that I live in El Sobrante, California not Asheville, NC. Then from May 12, 2021, I kept sending Flipom STUPID emails and they kept saying that they would check on it. So then I called PayPal and the lady told me that she didn’t have the same tracking number that I had given her. I immediately hung up on her because I was furious by then. So I got on my computer typed out a letter explaining my situation and I printed out the emails from Flipom STUPID. I highlighted the emails tracking number, dates, where the package was delivered to, payment amount. I FedExed the package to the President and CEO of PayPal. In three days I received an email from PayPal stating I would receive a refund. I received my refund after dealing with the issue from May 8, 2021 to June 3, 2021.

I never received my order. Queried them several times. They kept blaming Covid. I persevered for about 9 months. To my surprise they did reply a number of times, leading me to think it wasn't just purely a scam but moreso a very poor and disorganised internet company. Eventually I asked for a refund. They did not acknowledge this request but responded by offering to 'resend' my package. After this I became pretty certain it was a scam but I attempted to play nice just in case I might still have a chance of salvaging my order, so I agreed for them to resend but also requested a tracking number. No response. Over 3 more months I emailed them 3 more times, but from the time I agreed to the 'resend' they never replied again. Almost certainly a total scam. If not, just the absolute laziest, poorest and most incompetent service.

I ordered a pair of boots from them in May 2020. They never shipped the product. They charged me $73 and issued a false tracking number. They do not reply to my emails.

They have numerous bad reviews on the internet. I have filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and FBI.

They are a scam. They have scammed many people. They operate a widespread internet fraud campaign that involves many aliases and web addresses.

SCAMMERS, I hate you, I paid good money you thieves and thought I had a wardrobe of great things to wear and give as presents. Over $250.00AUD and nothing for it, and then you act like I am the culprit when you ask me to have patience! I ordered in March 2020 and its now January 2021! After numerous fake promises to resend my packages you offered me a refund you obviously had no intention of honouring. You make money by theft and probably sit back and laugh at all of us who bought in good faith. Unscrupulous companies like this one wreck it for others that are reputable and warn other customers to not buy online as it is not reputable. Shame on you!!!!

They weaseled their way out of a refund with paypal as well.

This SCAM website run out of Hong Kong, part of OrderPlus International (look up the reviews on PayPal and TrustPilot on how the scam operates). They steal images of designer photos from Vogue, Instagram and Pinterest, crop the heads and pretend to sell the same thing.

None of their listings ever have proper product photos. Many just have colours and patterns photoshopped onto stolen photos. There is no contact telephone number, or the number is fake. The address is fake.

Item is often NEVER sent, and your credit card details are stolen. If an item arrives, it is an EXTREMELY CHEAP LOW QUALITY copy of the stolen photo.

I recommend filing a complaint with the F.B.I.

This site is a scam site. I bought shoes worth over €80 since March 2020 and never got any parcel till now and nobody to talk to. Please don't buy from this site

I ordered from Flipom in May 2020. I have NOT received my order. I asked for a refund last month. I have NOT received a refund. Is there any way I can get a response from Flipom? I am so angry

IVE ONLY GIVEN. THEM A ONE SO I COULD WRITE A REVIEW!!! They’re not worth it!! Never received my order, after months I received 1 of 4 things, it didn’t fit and it was going to cost more to send it back than to bin it, quality is trashy, couldn’t even use for rags, whatever you do DEFINITELY DON’T USE THIS SITE.
