I just started with Flip-Builder a few days ago, don't read the manual first, so am happy to try.
Choco, your assistant answered my questions IMMEDIATELY with graphics and hints. That was perfect, so I was able to work on my big project almost without interruption.
I only know part of it, but the presentation on PC, tablet or smartphone is convincing, the graphics are clear and give the feeling of REALLY reading a book.
Since I made the current publication more for older people, I will now test whether this target group can handle the Flip-Builder without any problems.
Big congratulations, but especially for the PROMPTE service. That makes the difference to other program providers.

I had an software activation issue. I created a ticket and got a very fast response to the problem is was solved very quickly.

Not only have I found this tool to be the best way to "flip" a presentation in to an engaging book, but the customer service is also extremely efficient and responsive.

Looks nice, works fine, is simple to use and the customer support is top notch.

No only is this software great and allows you to easily create numerous flipbooks without charging individually, but the customer service is great too. When I needed a new license for a laptop with different operating system, they were very helpful and provided a significant discount!

FlipBuilder is an excellent tool to create professional e-books. I have used it to create the yearbook of my school for the past 3 years and it so easy to use and it exports in many formats.

We have been using FlipBuilder since 2021 with no issues and never even needed to contact support until a recent need arose for us to do a fresh installation and we needed to get our details from support who helped us quickly and expertly.
It's flexible and easy to use, reliable and does the job!

It is an incredible program. I have been working with this program for 11 years and it has never given me any problems. Now they have updated for the new Flip book plus and it is the same wonder, simple and practical. As for technical assistance, you couldn't ask for more, they are there when you need them. Without a doubt, the best thing I could buy online, I don't give 10 stars because you can't.

The software is perfect with a multitude of options but if I have to highlight something very important it is the customer support, it is simply spectacular, fast and effective. This is a great way to pay for a software licence.
