Flightssharp 

I have only given 1 star as it is not possible to leave none !
Absolute nightmare with this company .
Booked a return flight to Goa to leave January 6th flying with virgin
After booking I tried to check my flight but my booking was not recognised . After numerous phone calls , managed to speak to a manager who told me that flight was not “live “ yet but he would ensure this happened . He assured me that all was safe as I had paid with a credit card . I eventually recieved a virgin e ticket . When I tried to check my flight on 3rd jan virgin again didn’t recognise my details . I couldn’t get hold of anyone of flightsharp so I rang virgin and they told me that my booking had been cancelled and money returned on 14 dec Not to me it hadn’t !
I spoke to someone at flight sharp who told me that the airline had made a mistake and they would sort and ring me back . To cut a long story short ( I was literally waiting to get my train to Heathrow ) the co booked me on a one way flight via Bangalore . At the same time I was on the phone to virgin who told me that they would not honour any booking made by this company as they had acted fraudulently . I cancelled my booking but flightsharp told me they would charge me £180 cancellation fee. I told them I had not cancelled they had not fulfilled their contract . After much heated “debate “ they agreed to refund my full amount which to be fair to them has arrived .
I however lost my hotel fee and train fares as well as a week of my holiday .
Don’t touch with a barge pole !!
