50 minute hold time to speak to a representative. Then they were not able to cancel my flight and said it had to go through further review. I did not receive any kind of email confirming that I had called with the request. So I called again to make sure that it didn’t slip through the cracks again a long wait time They said again that they did need to go through further review. But I still have not received an email saying that it is in review or it is processing. another problem Is that the flexible ticket which allows you to change the flight is very expensive, and was misleading. Singapore airlines actually doesn’t charge to change a flight, so I’m not sure why that is an add-on through Booking.com. Also, on the Booking.com website, my booked flights are not listed, and they’re very difficult to find. You cannot change or manage a flight on the website without calling the customer service number. And again that is a very long wait time. I will never book a flight through Booking.com again. The operator herself was fine, I just think it’s the process, and the structure of the service is not up to par compared to booking directly on airline website.

From the moment I started this reservation, it was doomed. I canceled flight when I walked out of the airport last night. The plane had mechanical problems resulting in a almost 3 hour delay, I would have missed my connecting flights and I would have to have stayed over night in Denver.

If I can give a 0 for the terrible service, I would do so! For more than 2 months now, the airlines have already refunded the full amount of the ticket to this third party (Aug 21, 2023 refund completed by Airlines) but up to now they still haven't refunded the amount to us. I don't even know if you have any intentions of returning our money but this is not just a small amount, it's $954.14 issued by the airlines to you (Gotogate).
