No option for rescheduling despite existing options
I saw many availability on booking.com and the airline platform for Mid Jan which I wanted to reschedule my ticket for. But the staff said, there is no availability. at the end they told me I will get an email with the response from their internal team, which the email said the same thing. No availability.
How is it possible that with being very flexile with my dates, there is no availability, especially when I see available tickets on multiple platforms including booking.com itself.
My booking was done via bookong.com, but somehow their support enquiries passes to gotoget.

If I could give this a 0 I would. We were informed by booking.com that our flight had been delayed. We arrived to the airport to then be told that there were no changes and we missed check in time by 5 minutes.
I contacted the flight company to see if they could put us on another flight and they had no record of the flight time being delayed, when I reached out to booking.com they said the same thing however there were emails and the flights within my app had both changed.
This is the second issue we have had with bookings through booking.com on this trip and won't be using them as a third party organizing again. No trust!

Everything went wrong. Worst airline experience ever. Over 6 hours on phone, chat and email. Inconsistent and often nonsensical messaging from various reps. Complete stuff-ups and errors on their part. Paid for a flexi fare then had to endure complete nonense to try and make a change - inc trying to charge me a whole new and more expensive fare rather than just the difference AND then booking me on a new flight I hadn't even requested. I have found booking.com faultless when dealing with accommodation- their partnership with gotogate is likely detrimental to their brand and reputation.

Do not use booking.com for flights
I normally used booking.com for accommodation and mostly good but I had the worst experience with flight change with booking.com Indian customer support, for 10 days I talked to more than 10 people until the flight changed date to get my revised flight time, someone called Anna (I think she is Chinese or Vietnamese) helped us through, other people were not resolving, just repeating same words as automated machine, I could not even sure I can be on flight at other countries, I will never use booking.com for flights again, use trip.com

I had a very disappointing experience with Booking. I paid extra for baggage and flexible ticket services, but not only were they unable to change the date of my flights, they also failed to refund the amount I paid for the baggage service and flexible tickets. In other words, they only refunded the cost of the tickets themselves, leaving me out of pocket for the additional services I purchased. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend using their service for any travel needs.
Misleading website
Misleading website. Thought I was booking business flights for all legs only to find my confirmation contained 2 economy flights. Also was unaware gotogate partner with booking.com. My partner has had a terrible experience with gotogate so if I had known I would not have even attempted to book.

I needed to make a change to a flight I booked and wasn’t able to make the change without purchasing the tickets again in full… I called the airline directly who didn’t know why this was the case…
They tried to connect me to a 3 way conversation so the amount could be credited (as the currency was in Swedish currency even though I booked and paid in Australia)
I could not have the flight changed through booking.com or Go to gate I went direct to the airline again and they resolved the change of flight with ease. I will go direct to the airline in future
