Very Disappointing Experience with Flightright
I opened a case about 8 months ago, and to this day, there has been no action taken on my claim. It’s been a complete lack of communication and follow-up. This platform is not reliable or serious in handling claims. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Flightright got me over 400 eur back for a delayed Ryanair flight. When I tried doing it myself, I got sent back and forth by customer support. Flightright really fought for my case and won. I couldn’t be more grateful. 100% recommend!

the claim took over 3months and processing cost more than my husband that claimed with refundio and got the money ahead, so next time will go to refundio straight away. At the end they charged over 50% for processing

Absolutely awful experience! 2 years of waiting for a slam-dunk delay case inside Europe and they just dismissed my case. Pointless! Better to file the report directly to the airline.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flightright. They sent me an invoice for 150 EUR for a refund they had absolutely no role in obtaining—and have even threatened to sue me if I don’t pay.

Here’s what happened:

- I applied directly to Ryanair for a refund after my flight was delayed and was offered 98 EUR.
- I submitted my case to Flightright, hoping for a better outcome.
- Months passed with little to no updates from them. I eventually informed them that I would accept Ryanair’s original offer and requested that they close my case.
- Despite my request, they never confirmed the case closure. Instead, months later, I received an email stating they were still working on it. I again asked them to close the case.
- Now, out of nowhere, they’ve sent me an invoice demanding 150 EUR, saying that I received my compensation of 500 EUR from Ryanair!

To make matters worse, I have contacted their team four times with no response. But while they ignore my emails, they somehow find the time to post about suing customers for payments they don’t deserve.

I didn't expect much when I filed a case with them. I just thought that Easyjet simply cancelled my flight was really frustrating. However, from time to time they updated me my case on a timely manner and manage to get back my money. They are really great. Thank you
