Terrible

I am very frustrated with this company. I have had an ongoing claim with them since October 2024!! and we are nowhere closer to the payout then we were 1 year ago.
5 of us had our international flight delayed by nearly 5 hours and this company doesn't have the decency to explain what's going on or why on earth would we have to wait 1.5 years for a compensation. There is absolutely no communication on their part, whenever I send an email requesting an update the response is that they are doing everything that they can (automatic BOT answer all the time) the airline is being challenging. I don't find that acceptable especially if they are charging a commission for dealing with the claim on our part.
I don't recommend this company.
Sent a lot of emails and always get the same bot answer.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! It's UNPROFESSIONAL, MISLEADING and NOT RELIABLE and to add to that very POOR in communication.

I got my entire ticket paid back

I got my entire ticket paid back, don't care if they made a lot of money of me! Atleast they actually undertook something. When I asked ryan air they said I would not get anything

Communication was great!

Flightright kept us informed throughout the whole process. We always felt in goood hands and we would recommend flightright to anyone!

Easy and fast procedure

I kept all my tickets and and proof of delays, so the case was quite quickly resolved and I got reimbursement within one month.
it was easy and succesful.
