Paid for Tickets Not Honoured - Waste of time

Ref FOORD36181 - After booking and paying for the flights in full I received an email from Sean asking me to call back urgently. I did not see the email and the next day I received another email saying Sean has not been able to get through on my phone and unless i get in touch within 30 mins the flights will be cancelled with no explanation given. I did receive a call from a number reported as 'Scam' by my mobile network which i later found out belonged to FlightOffice / Travelopedia. When I called Sean back several times the next day his colleague mentioned he will return my call and I even emailed Sean without a response. I spoke to another colleague who mentioned the flights have been cancelled and I would get my money back within 24-48 hours but may take up-to 10 days. I was not given a reason why the flight was cancelled - I did mention i am recording the call which may have been the reason why I was not given one

The system is easy to use

The system is easy to use; however, I noticed that one piece of luggage was added during the booking process, but the ticket I received shows no luggage included. This means I now have to pay separately for my bags. Please ensure this information is clearly communicated in the future, as this could otherwise be considered misleading.

Be wary

Booked a flight to Vietnam via their site and searching on sky scanner , £535 taken, after 24 hrs not received PNR. Called them and they tried to sell me higher priced flights saying that's no longer available. Requested refund , still waiting. Seems a type of cash flow or sales scam. Used many other similar agents and always get a PNR instantly. Seems they are not really linked to the carriers systems and then try to buy your ticket manually.

Great customer service

Great customer service. But there was a price difference from the quoted online price. But Mary helped me get the ticket and was extremely helpful with me securing a flight on the same flight.

Unacceptable booking practices

Unacceptable booking practices

I booked flights at an agreed price, only to be told afterwards that the outbound flight had increased in cost while the inbound was already “confirmed”, leaving me unable to cancel without penalty. This effectively forces customers to accept a higher price after booking.

This was not clearly explained upfront and feels misleading. Customer service offered no fair resolution. I would not book with this company again and would urge others to be very cautious.

⭐ 1 Star – Avoid at all costs

FlightOffice.co.uk is one of the worst booking experiences I have ever had. Their business model feels deliberately misleading: you buy a ticket, and after the purchase they suddenly call you asking for more money. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

If you need to cancel your booking, forget about getting a refund. Even if you provide solid and legitimate proof that you are genuinely unable to travel, they simply refuse. Their refund policy is practically designed so that customers have no real rights once payment is made.

Changing the flight date is just as bad. Instead of reasonable fees, they demand almost the full value of the original ticket again, which makes changing the booking pointless. At that stage, you might as well buy a brand-new ticket elsewhere.

Customer service is extremely poor. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in solving problems. It feels like they either don’t want to help customers or simply don’t know how to. Communication is stressful, unclear, and frustrating from start to finish.

Overall, this company operates in a way that feels scam-like, preying on customers who trust them with their money. I strongly advise anyone reading this to book directly with airlines or use a reputable travel agency instead. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and disappointment.

Scammers

Scammers!

Booked a flight with these guys. Contacted me 14 hours later to tell me that the price had increased and asked for additional payment. I asked to be refunded if they did not honour the original booking. They tried all sorts of tricks and in the end took my money and provided no ticket.

They also operate under the following names:

ClicknFly, Travelopedia.

BEWARE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY.

Updated - this company makes it seem that they will investigate when they are fully aware of what is going on.

THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM - PLEASE BEWARE.

Please read Google review for this company as they are an accurate description of what is going on. Seems they write their owns 5 star reviews here just to keep the scam going.

Incorrect process to lead you in

They put prices up on websites like Google flights that are below the others then you pay for the whole thing with your card only to be called back to say sorry this price isn't available, here is the new price.

Then they want emails etc. to refund you which then takes 2 weeks.

Complete scam.
