I am giving 1 star because no option for 0 start. They never received call after 2 hour wait period and agents are so rude not listening our concern. AI agents provide wrong information and then agent explained its machine so we can not do anything
Flight Hub extemely poor service, AVOID.
Our experience with Flight Hub indicates they they are incompetent, not reliable and perhaps dishonest. First experience was they would not initially accept advertised price. Second was that a real person is only available Monday to Friday business hours. Third they offered a refund for cancelled return due to airline at 1/3 of price paid not 1/2. Fourthly they were unable to modify our return trip due to flight cancellation and at last moment we had to bypass them and had airlines resolve directly. So I will never use their services again and suggest to avoid dealing with this company.

I bought 2 tickets, Toronto - Las Vegas - Toronto. The day of the flight back to Toronto, I tried to check in, but the system didn't accept my confirmation, the airline (WestJet) told me it is no tickets under this confirmation. I called Flighthub, and the person I talked to was mumbling all kinds of reasons, and finaly I was forced to buy new tickets for $747.45. I plan to sue them in court.

A bunch of incompetent pieces of shit. Took partial payment for a flight, then charged my card a day after. processed the payment, then cancelled my flights. Do not trust these crooks. 4-hour hold today, 3-hour hold yesterday. 3 hours the day before. Worst off is their lack of care for customers, with their failed attempt to utilize an AI to speak with humans, as if this actually works when you are dealing with customer service. Flight hub have the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any travel agency. No live agents. Be prepared to wait for hours for any response, from eitjer the AI agent or a live human, and to be hung up on by the live agent when you do get through. Also be prepared to be hit with unreasonable fees wjen you change a booking
credit for my business class booking and now cannot find an alternative booking without charging me a significant fare difference plus an exorbitant booking penalty which they doubled from the amount they stated when the credit was issued. They put me on hold for 4 hours and when I finally got through to a live agent, he hung up on me when I requested an alternative fare that wasn't over 1000 CAD above my original credit. Flighthub are scammers. Will never book with them again.

Had to wrestle my refund out of their hands!
The airline cancelled my flight due to the Iran war and offered a full refund. Flighthub made it as difficult as possilble to get my money back. I had to wait in the queue for over 1 hour several times. The first time, my call was disconnected, then the agent forwarded me to a "higher level of support" (waiting another hour). Hopefully, the money will be back on my credit card.
Lesson learned: always, always book directly with the airline!

The worst customer service ever! I feel this is a scam, once you book, and you have an issue after, you will not be able to get a hold of them or bounced around and will transfer you to AI Amy. You will definitely not get any resolution.
On Monday, I booked a trip from Toronto to Rome from August 3 to the August 25th, on the 25th, flying from Rome to Zadar, Croata. There is a lay over in Belgrade Serbia ( which is odd), but no direct flights. I have already been charged, and already received an email that my lay over has been extended over 4 hours. I was told by the airline to contact who I booked with to either get a refund, Discount or see if I can get another flight. It is impossible, Sales rep at Flighthub found another flight but was not able to cancel that specific flight and rebook, because I wanted to cancel that flight and rebook, I have to speak to customer service. They transfered me an AI Amy responded, when she could help me she put me through where I waited until a recording came in that the will only deal with flights within 14 days and to fall back next week. Then I was put on hold again and the hug up. I called back, spoke to the sales re and told them what happened, he said that he would put me directly to a live agent, he put me back to the A I Amy. I was on hold again and same recording came on, I hung up and called back to customer service and spoke with a senior worker Jacob, at this point I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that he will escalate this and a supervisor will call back today. Of course, this has not happened. I called one more time (asking for more punishment) and Jacob answered the phone and I advised that I have been in athe phone all morning, when I initially called, I called on a toll free number and when I initially booked, it was disconnected in the middle of the booking and the agent sent a text message to call back at that number, not realizing it was not a tool free number until I got notified by Bell that I have been charged long distance charges over $30, when I told Jacob, he said we don't deal with that and hung up on me. People really need to look at the reviews. Flighthub is not what it was once was many years ago. I will never use this again. My fight is not over!!
I've done some researching, Flighthub has been under investigation and they have had to pay penalties over $5.8 million for not disclosing all the charges, for making falsifying positive posts etc.
PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews online and don't book through through Flighthub, if I can help someone not go through this, this review would be worth it.

I booked international flights through this agency and had to cancel due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East — a situation completely beyond my control, and one that Emirates itself has officially acknowledged by issuing a full travel waiver for flights between February 28 and April 15, 2026.
Despite this, the agency has refused to process my refund, incorrectly classifying it as a "voluntary cancellation." When I tried to resolve this over the phone, I was kept on hold for 3 hours and 21 minutes yesterday without speaking to a single person. Today I have been waiting over 2 hours to reach a manager. Previous calls have also resulted in waits of over 3 hours with no resolution. I have already spent over 15h in the waiting room to get this solved and they continue to refuse to assist me and refund my ticket. The WhatsApp channel is even worse. Once you get past the awful AI bot, it puts in a queue forever. I entered in the queue yesterday at 11:41am and only got a response at 11:48pm - only to get the same response, that this is a voluntary cancellation and I would be charged for that.
This is not a customer service issue — this is a complete and deliberate disregard for the people who trust this agency with their money. They are happy to take your booking and your payment, but when a genuine crisis occurs and you need support, they simply make themselves unreachable.
I will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and initiating a chargeback with my credit card provider. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this agency to think twice.

NEVER USE FLIGHTHUB. I had an easy transaction - book flights for 2 people to Croatia. Immediately the bank declined the purchase but FH submitted 11 charges to the airline anyway. I tried 2 more credit cards, all declined by the bank but FH charged me multiple times for each transaction. In total I had 51 charges by FH to the airline. When I tried to contact FH by phone or by email I never go any response. No one every replied to my attempts. After 1.5 months of trying every day to reach someone I finally went to the bank and Disputed all the charges. Unbelievably bad service and billing.

Be Careful: Agent Quoted Higher Price Than Website
The FlightHub website states that customers should call their travel agents to receive the lowest available fare. Based on this information, I contacted one of their agents and was told that the price they provided was the best available. Trusting their statement, I proceeded to purchase three international flight tickets through the agent.
Later the same day, I checked the FlightHub website myself and found that the fares for the same airline on the same travel dates were more than $300 lower per ticket than what the agent had sold to me. With three tickets, this means I paid almost $1,000 more than the price available directly on their website.
This experience made me feel misled and taken advantage of. It is extremely disappointing that the company does not appear to prioritize transparency or the best interests of its customers. Instead of helping customers secure the lowest possible fare as advertised, the agent provided a significantly higher price, which breaks customer trust.
I hope the company will review its practices and ensure that its agents provide accurate information and genuinely help customers find the best available fares.
Given these circumstances, I respectfully request that FlightHub review this booking and provide a price adjustment or refund for the difference in fare. I believe this would be a fair resolution considering the discrepancy between the agent’s quote and the price publicly available on your own website.

I have a flight credit with FlightHub. When I tried to redeem it, I found it's supper difficult to get your service. When I logged on line (11:57am), the AI agent Mila send me to call +1 877-540-1245. I had been hold by the phone line over an hour and I went back to Mila(12:56pm), she committed to help and I provided the new flight information, however, she continued to keep waiting. It's 16:10pm now, I haven't got a result yet, and the phone line kicked me out after four hours waiting. Just wondering if there is a way to reach a live agent and get the problem solved.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked through Flight Hub and paid extra for cancellation and Flex Fare to change flights if need be. I tried to make changes to my flight and was told it was not going to cost me any extra, and was then told it was an extra $900 just to change the return flight. The total round trip cost was $750.00. I was online for 12 hours one day waiting for a live agent. Another day, 5 hours on the phone. Two other days, at least 5 hours waiting for a response from an AI agent. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. I called the original airline to see what the change to the flight would be if I had booked it through them, and was told it would be a free change. This company is scamming people out of money.

We have a flight supposed to be on Feb 23-25 to Toronto for my kids renewal passport because of the bad weather the airline cancel our flight and they no flight in 3 days, I ask a refund and called the customer service one of the guy saying that I can refund it and I waiting for 24 hours email but still no email no refund confirmation. I also did the messaging try what’s app but the AI said I’m not eligible for refund I mean the one said yes and the AI said “No”. I will not recommend this company again ever..

My family booked a connected ticket in February 2025 from Seoul to Taiyuan, the transit place was changed twice by Flighthub in an urgent time, further more, the time we were boarding in Seoul airport, the airline did not allow my wife boarding as Flighthub booking system did not provide right PNR confirmation.
We communicated with Flighthub in airport serval times, they just said they did everything right, no result.
My wife had to pay another full ticket $334 CAD in airport purchasing another and furnished our trip.
So far it has been almost one year, no any progress happened. We have to raise this issue to customers protection services.

I attempted to book a flight on Saturday. Immediately after clicking confirm, the website displayed a message saying "Flights Unavailable." Despite no booking being created, the full amount was charged and has officially POSTED to my bank account.
I have spent days calling customer service. I was told the money would return within 24 hours, but that was a lie. Since Tuesday, I have been passed from agent to agent with no resolution and now they aren't even answering. I file a bank dispute to get my money back for a service they never provided.
