STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They falsely advertise the tickets for cheap price, then they will ask you to pay more money! They will keep passing you through the departments to Mike Smith, Mark smith, Mark John mike John etc... they are all false names!
Positive: they did refund the money!

They are genuine company.
Awesome service, 5% to 20% cheaper than airlines website or airlines office.
I received my ticket within 2 minutes after payment.
At first I was worried that they might be a scam like Evaly. I checked their facebook page, talked to their customer service, check their payment option in Bkash app etc. I can say, they are honest and real online travel agent.
Pros:
1. High quality website
2. Fully automatic Booking/Confirm with web API
3. Lots of payment options
4. Lots of airlines to choose from
5. Very helpful customer service
6. Usually cheaper than Airline office/website
7. You can check your ticket after payment into
airline website with PNR code or E-ticket number
Cons:
1. Price might change by the time you actually pay
2. Some airlines need additional documents
3. If flight gets cancelled by airline, you will have trouble getting support as airline will forward you to travel agents
If you want convenience and good competitive pricing, I recommended flight expert
If u you have bad money like Benazir, just go buy first class from airline office !

I had a very nice experience with flight expert. Buying tickets from Bangladesh on an online platform made my life easy. Compared to the airline company and other international OTA, price of flight expert was quite reasonable.
