Not being given my refund
Not being given my refund,
I made a booking through the agency for a flight leaving on the 10th of March that had a connecting flight through Doha . However due to the war that route was not going to happen . I contacted the agency to process my refund or rebook my flight . However they did not respond to me with regards to rescheduling my flight . On the same day l then asked for them to process my refund. On the 24th of March they communicated to me saying that they had rescheduled my flight for the 16th of March for a flight that had left 8 days prior and not to mention a flight l had no idea about ,
I followed up on my refund a was told that l would not get my refund because l was a no show on the flight . Of course l wont be on a flight l never knew when it will be leaving, let alone being told about it 8 days after the flight has left.
This whole experience is nothing but a stress and l still have not heard anything from the team to resolve this issue.
Worst experience ever.
