Prepaid Order Undelivered Due to Wrong Auto-Updated Phone Number – No Support, No Refund
I placed a prepaid order on this website. My phone number was auto-filled correctly on the checkout page, but when I received the order confirmation email, I noticed that my contact number was changed by one digit and shown incorrectly in their system. Because of this wrong number, I never received the OTP required for delivery, and the courier could not hand over the package.
I did not edit the number myself, so this mistake happened from their side. Now the order is undelivered, and I am unable to log in to their website or get any response from customer support. No one replies to emails or messages.
After checking other customer reviews, I found many people facing the same issue — prepaid order, no delivery, and no refund. This looks like a serious system issue or a deliberate practice. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before placing any order on this site.
