Booking was easy reasonably priced comfortable coach overall service very good would use again

What a great way to start and end the holiday. Great prices, great service. Service every 30 minutes to Stansted, great if you miss your booked time as you can get the next one along.

Not reliable. Arrived early for airport pickup. First bus did not arrive, second bus did not have enough seats. Who knew if a third bus would arrive or if they would have seats.

Also, tickets were bought a day in advance for a scheduled time- but no seats were guaranteed.

Flibco takes zero responsibility. Only your money. Flibco is a flub.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking Flibco.

We booked and paid in advance for a transfer from Catania Airport to Milazzo. We arrived around 75 minutes before departure and have photos documenting that we were there in good time and showing that no flibco bus was planned in the overview baord at the transfer area.

No Flibco bus ever arrived!

When we complained, Flibco told us that we had not been there on time and claimed that the bus had departed. This was despite the documentation we provided that contradicted their version of events.

So we paid for a service we did not receive, were left without a practical way to get to our destination, and then had to argue with Flibco about what had actually happened.

And this is where the experience becomes particularly frustrating: their "customer service" has been anything but service.

After initially receiving an automated response saying they were busy, we eventually received their explanation. We challenged it and provided our evidence. We were then effectively put back in the queue with another message saying they were busy.

Around 1½ months later, we are still waiting for a proper resolution.

And this does not appear to be an isolated experience. Looking through other customer reviews, I can see that we are far from the only customers complaining about being stuck in Flibco's customer-support process when something goes wrong.

So perhaps Flibco is perfectly fine when everything works.

But that is not enough for a transport company.

The real test is what happens when something goes wrong. In our experience, the answer is: no useful solution, no meaningful investigation, poor communication and a customer left to fight for an explanation.

My advice: choose another transfer provider. Saving a little money on the ticket is not worth it if you end up stranded and then have to spend weeks trying to get Flibco to take responsibility.

Fine when it works. Very poor when it doesn't.

Good experience in Germany. Helpful staff, easy to find coaches if you don't speak the language

Easy to book via app. Very reasonable price. Buses are modern and clean with phone charging but didn’t try WiFi. Bus stop is close to us and at Stansted end you alight a short distance from terminal entrance. We’ve used this service twice and buses were on time and drivers friendly and communicative. For us it’s a great way to get to and from Stansted. Highly recommend!

Traject Luxembourg-Charleroi always punctual, very professional drivers, buses clean. Easy to manage the ticket booking at any time.

The only negative aspect is the WIFI. It is impossible to have a decent connection onboard!

Very unflexibel and unfriendly, I had an accident in dirrection airport. I slipped and got hurt. They are more expensive than flixbus. Besides by cancellations 5 hourds before should be at least a discount as its a difference between half an hour before and hours before. Its not fair

Would give 0 star if it allows me. Bus was late for over 25 minutes which causing a lot of stress as we were on our way to the airport. Despite arriving so late, the bus somehow stopped for a very long time waiting for some passengers. Really bad experience and would never travel with this bus company

The servise is well organized, on time, the busses are comfortable and clean, allow for charging devices, there is a levatory and offers wi-fi.
