They are the worst kind of thieves, in my opinion and ought to be completely avoided I lost patience but Pol!Ruckens helped me get my money back.

It seemed like something completely incredible and new on the market, but it turned out to be just a scam. At first, the login to the personal account was disabled without warning, after contacting the support service, it turned out that they no longer work. Then I sent the details for the refund of funds on current accounts, and a response was received that we will process and respond to you. A month has passed, I wrote again, but I received a standard response. We are working on it, there are many requests. I am 100% sure that they were preparing a scam in advance and just tricked everyone. Cheap cheese can only be obtained in a mousetrap. Thanks for the experience.. TPT and FTMO are the best.

This company is a complete scam. Purchased a live account ran it up to over 6k and then one day couldn’t login and when i reached out they said they were no longer a business.

Unable to even log into their customer website for several days now. It doesn't look good given that. The main website comes up but if you try to login the app fails to load.

Previously I thought this was one of the better prop firms with fast support and they seemed professional.

No Payout for over six weeks now. This company is a fraud, they literally tell me to take a selfie with all my cards. I have never buy an account using card payments. I bought them through Crypto. They have all type of excuses.

Payout request was so easy and got everything approved and status paid - approved on Nov 15th.. after Fast tack experience I was so happy to see my payout on the way but guess what no payout as of Dec 11th ..they are sending same email - we are working out on the payment process.
Can’t believe how come company founder can sleep in the night ..if you reading this save this review for later one day Karma will get you nobody can escape its only matter of time wherever you are whatever doing now Karma will get you one day.

It's has been a nightmare!! They will go to great lengths to find excuses to avoid paying your payout requests. Please avoid this prop firm at all costs.

Not pleased with this prop firm. Was unable to close a trade due to connectivity issues and account was deactivated. Should be a little more understanding and facilitate unforseen instances like this.

I received my first payout. Although it took some time to reach this milestone, the company's evaluation program has helped me refine my trading strategy, and their support system has facilitated a smooth trading journey. I hope to maintain a mutually successful relationship for a long time.

Bad, customer service. They just ignore the request and no response for a week. No US registration.

I will change this if anything changes, however it has now been 4 weeks since my payout request. I have heard nothing but excuses that risk management is still auditing my payout, this is inexcusable at this point, and seems to me they have no idea what theyre doing OR, more certainly, they are a scam and not paying users out. I am owed in the 5 figures worth of payouts, no clear answer, no clear path. I thought flexytrade would be real, but it's not...If they end up paying out I'll be happy to change this, but it just seems like another FTT bankruptcy case emerging.

After Flexytrade updated their payout rules in September and introduced instantfunded accounts in Oct, I started trading with them. However, it looks like only small less than $1.5k payout requests are being paid out and approved within the 5 business day window mentioned on their website. My own payout over $50k, and multiple other payouts from my community discord (ranging from $3k to $40k) are all still not approved and approaching 15 business days since submission.

When contacting support we keep getting told risk management is reviewing our accounts.

It seems like the firm might be failing, like FTT and are delaying payouts and trying to find any reason possible to deny them to avoid losing funds. Flexytrade is a sinking ship and it's unfortunate that I have money locked up with them due to account purchases.

Recommend sticking to reputable prop firms that payout in a timely fashion.

Update: 1 month in, still hearing excuses with no updates from support. Apparently they cannot share the payout teams contact info and they aren't hearing anything from them. Checked twitter/X and a few trading discords and loads of other people are having the same issue with Flexy and everyone is getting copy-pasted email responses and updates.
Also looks like a bunch of other trustpilot reviews have been added about Flexytrade not paying out. Avoid this firm like the plague.

The process was straight forward, no issues or games. Very easy... follow the trading rules, hit your target and get paid!

The experience with this prop company is negative for several reasons:
Terribly uncomfortable registration
It took three days to figure out how to set up quanttower and get it working.
Small number of tools for trading
The name of instruments is confusing
And the most important disadvantage is the rules about night trading. Was banned on the first day of trading as there was a deal not closed. Really? In 2024 there is no automatic closing of orders? You have to do everything manually and if you are a minute late, you get banned? Not a warning but a ban? Hahahaha scam from the category of a sucker)
Conclusion - the attitude to the client is bad, the orientation is “to take your money”.

1. Customer service is available by chat and is very responsive. Most firms require you to submit tickets which take multiple days to get a response.
2. Evaluations are 1-time purchases and do not renew. This is super convenient because you don't have to feel rushed to pass and you don't have to remember to cancel your eval subscription if you fail.
3. Your accounts get set up very quickly and the dashboard is very intuitive.

They do not have NinjaTrader yet, which is a bummer, but they do offer Quantower. It's a very high-quality trading platform but it just takes a bit to get used to it.

This company is a complete scam, they refuse to pay out winning traders. I had been copy trading from my other accounts, but this morning I discovered they closed my account, claiming I held an overnight position.

Firstly, I was only copy trading, and none of my other accounts held overnight positions. Secondly, as I’m based in Australia, I can’t trade during those hours, so I had to close my positions well before then.

If you’re considering using their services, I strongly advise against it. However, if you do, make sure to pay with a debit or credit card so you have the option to request a chargeback, forcing them to deal with the chargeback fees.

I purchased bunch of evals, passed two and got got one account to payout eligibility. The system stopped me for KYC and after I sent all the documents, they just kept the file open for more than a month and asked me to wait for KYC to complete. Then they sent me an e-mail that account has been breached... I did not receive the payout and did not touch the account since I was waiting for KYC to complete so I can request.

This company did not pay me and probably will not pay you either. There are much better options out there.
