Avoid. Ordered online, they sent me false tracking. They finally sent out my £100 item with an incomplete address. Tried to blame me but my order confirmation was the correct address. I had to chase it with the couriers for a month and finally had confirmation it was delivered to an unknown address. PayPal refunded me and they tried to make a claim against me for the money! They literally admitted they used an incorrect address but thought I should still pay. Avoid this cowboy company

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
I ordered my Glaflex item over a month and a half ago. I paid £99 and had to chase them for an order confirmation email. I have been chasing the order for over a month now. The company will reply and tell you that they will ‘chase logistics’ or ‘It may be a problem with customs’ or that ‘We send orders or first come basis’. Yet they don’t my taking your money on an immediate basis. Not once has anyone got back to me to even confirm that it has shipped, just lots of excuses. I have now had to take this up with my credit card company to get a refund. Please do not give them you’re money.

Spoke to a Lee and Eli. 
Expensive limited edition print by Grafflex arrived damaged or faulty due to poor printing quality…
I contacted them and they told me to clean the print. Unbelievable.
Then Lee told me to tear it up and I eound maybe receive a new print. 
I’m a returning costumer of theirs, but never again! I will contact the artist Graffex and tell them how unprofessional Flexx is! For that price I would expect more.
I also had to pay high import fee after then promised me I wouldn’t, and I would have to do so again if they would resend. Very disappointed
