Dealt with Shaun trying to rent a van — what a joke.
He’s got over ten vans listed, yet somehow every single one is “sold.” I first enquired on Thursday, and he tried to claim I never did.
After waiting over four days just to get a response, I ended up with nothing but wasted time and frustration.
If this is how they run their business, don’t bother. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else,

Contacted the company a few times, spoke to a gentleman who passed me on to a gentleman called “Shaun” after a few messages was asked to follow a link to provide details did that then heard nothing. Followed up with Shaun and he mentioned it would be looked at within 48 hours, a week later I asked for an update to “no yet I haven't they are out of the country at the moment and are looking at them only a couple of times a day” a week after I asked for an update and then got “I have just messaged them to see what is happening” 7 days later and still nothing, I messaged Shaun again myself and still to this day not had a response. Would avoid at all costs as sent them personal information and not even an apology or explanation.
Great service and fantastic product, knowing I can return the van at any time with no penalties if I need to is really reassuring in the current climate. Cheaper then normal van rental yet if I keep it for the whole contract I can own it at the end. Best of both worlds.
