I ordered three of these brushes and was only delivered one! The one that I was delivered was of very poor quality. I have contacted them several times now to get a refund for the two that I have not received. Absolutely no response from them…

complete scam .. exactly the same experience as previous reviews .. defected product and no response when we contacted them

Scam, avoid at all costs. They have a number of companies - doodle pen, flexi brush, official oximeter and Pillow slides. All based at the same address and use fake reviews on their sites.

This is a scam. Do not use. No product, no response, no refund. It's fraudulent.

Thanks My flexibrush arrived without the correct wall fittings, so is useless. No response to my 4 emails. No paperwork with the product. Approach with care!

Sold me a toilet brush which was defective and then do not reply when arranging a return for refund. In breach of the Sales of Goods Act. Avoid company unless you want to throw money away

I received a damaged product with a crack down the side of the holder so I cannot use it. I wish I had checked reviews before I bought. They do not respond at all, I have contacted 3 times.

Total rip-off. Like others my order had no paperwork, the base was loose & the inner lining is loose. I’ve contacted them 3 times. No reply. No returns address on their website

This is a con. Fake products sent- damaged and missing parts. I had to pay to send back at my own cost and months later they have sent no refund. Now out of pocket for both the products and the return postage. No reply from customer service. Don't buy from them! Wish I'd looked at trustpilot first

COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM - THIS PRODUCT IS NOT USEABLE AND THEY WON'T REFUND ME EVEN AFTER SENDING PHOTOGRAPHS. I HAVE HAD ONE EMAIL TO SAY FOR ME TO SEND IT BACK AND THATS ALL THE COMMUNICATION THEY HAVE ALLOWED ME

The brush arrived on 14 October. It was unboxed in a scruffy plastic bag with no paperwork. The base was unassembled and the brush itself was faulty; it was bent at an angle to the handle so would not sit upright in the base. I sent an email and photographs to flexibrush immediately. I chased for a reply on 20 and 23 October. I've still heard nothing. There is no contact telephone number on the website. This is a total rip off. I just wish I'd read these reviews before wasting my money!

This has never happened to me before and I am embarrassed to say I’ve been duped! I paid for two flexibrushes and I had to wait a very long time for them. When I eventually received them I couldn’t quite believe what I had been sent. They were broken and flimsy. I emailed the company three times but no response. I notified them that I wanted a refund. It must be a scam.

I waited a long time for for my Flexibrush. There was a total lack of communication until I sent an email to say I hadn't received the brush. I received an email telling me it would be posted on or before 8th October. I received it sometime after that & what a disappointment. The stand was ridiculously small & liable to topple when removing the brush. The brush came out with the draining part attached! I was not impressed. I have since emailed twice & expected a response within 24 hours as stated on their website. As of now it's 72 hours since I last contacted Flexibrush and have had no response. I most definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.I had to give it 1 star, otherwise I couldn't do a review

This company is a complete ripoff. They do not respond once they have your money, the product is rubbish. There are no product returns. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible, low quality product. Brushes don’t fit in the holders, parts were cracked and broken. The photos and description are misleading. Sent multiple messages for a refund but received no reply.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! This is a complete scam! I was waiting for weeks for my 2 brushes to arrive. I had to chase them about the delivery, as the wait was getting ridiculous. Finally, what was pushed through my letterbox today are 2 fake, poorly constructed pieces of useless plastic junk. I have specifically avoided buying from Amazon in this case, as I wanted to get a quality product from a UK based company. I should have spent a few more minutes doing my research and checked reviews on Trustpilot and Companies House. Quite frankly, I feel rather silly!

ordered , paid , txt message confirmation and nil since despite emailing and using the contact form . I think looking at past and then recent reviews on this companies website there has been a dramatic recent change . Has the website been hacked ?, not holding my breath here for any kind of delivery or anything worth delivering .
