Little frustrated with the swap fees and cancelation fee confusion when I was just trying to switch to a different car that actually had the feature I was told the car I chose to swap originally had. If they had accurate feature lists on all the cars that would be an ENORMOUS improvement.
No reply from customer service in over 3 weeks
I have submitted a message in regards to a refund for a parking ticket and have sent at least 4 messages and no one has yet to reply or look into this. The customer service is not good
