Never received the vehicle, Kia Flex support stopped responding

Vehicle was never received and at some point their customer support just stopped responding as I was asking for the updates. The overall process of booking a vehicle is easy to follow but once you have made an order - you literally have no updates and have to chase them all the time. Their support team is a disaster with no ability to communicate efficiently. I do not recommend Kia Flex nor everything else that FleetPool provides as they clearly have to do a much better job in their communications, processes, and more.

need for mobility - but no cars are available (what does the German term "Scheißladen" translate to?

I ordered a car, 11 days later I received the information, that "they could not find a KIA partner that accepted the offer and that they "are working intensively on "not dissapointing me any more".

Sorry for bothering you with my personal, rude, human mobility problems, fleetpool / KIA-Flex. I am "intensively working on not to dissapoint you with my requests any more".

5 - 7 weeks ?

When in the website Kia flex say 5 - 7 weeks, it rightly makes an impression to the customer that as soon as it is booked, you will get the delivery in 5 - 7 weeks. This is unfortunately not true. They take around 7-10 days for contract preparation and the 5 - 7 weeks is calculated from the date of contract is created. This is what the customer service says. In such situation, Kia flex should make the advertisement as 6 - 9 weeks, which is the truth. I made the booking on Oct 23 and my contract is made on Nov 03. The weeks are still counting and I got a ticket created that I will get a message 5 days before the delivery. If you count from date of booking, 10 weeks are already gone. But, if it is from the date of contract creation, it is 9 weeks and still counting. Considering they contact me tomorrow ( which is less likely ), it will still take 10 weeks. Kia flex should make the advertisement more transparent and mention that the 5 - 7 weeks is from the date of contract creation. Or else, provide realistic timeline in the advertisement. Once you have this, make all the effort to meet this timeline. I had already communicated that I needed the car during Christmas holidays which is within their 5 - 7 weeks timeline. Now I had to rent weeks over weeks cars and they proposed 10 Eur discount per month for my loss ( which is roughly 600 Eur ). If Kia flex cannot meet timeline, they should give alternate car from the date of delivery they originally promised - period!
