The mystery boxes are no mystery after the first one! I’ve ordered them 5 times & every time thinking surely they have to be different this time but no! 4 boxes each order, that’s 20 all the same as the first! I did email @ complain, no response, I won’t use this site again! I understand there will be duplicates & most probably many of them but the same 10 20 times is more than ridiculous & just plain lazy! I would suggest just removing the word mystery & that would be true! DONT OFFER A MYSTERY unless you’re giving one then you wouldn’t get bad reviews!

I recently made a purchase from flawless vape shop uk, the purchase didn't get to me which was the mailing systems fault & I thought that was it no products money wasted. It took some time which I don't blame flawless for that but today I got an email telling me that a refund minis postage is coming my way asap. You havent got alot of choice like you did at the beginning and no double pods available I've git devices rechargeable and no pods devices are useless

Usually order from flawless vapes unless they dont have something i want to try or can find it cheaper. However they have the price check option and can lower their prices which is great. Disposables that I buy always work the boxes are never open and always sealed. Customer service answer their emails and are helpful.
Highly recommend them over vape connect who are useless and sale dodgy disposables and will ignore you

The order arrived promptly but there was a delay in the tracking update which I enquired about at flawless vape.I found the response a bit sharp to the point.Maybe a little better customer service may be in order hence the 4 stars not the 5
