Bought a ring from the company in late September, was told 2 weeks for delivery prior to buying and had good communication with the team up till that point. Once purchased was told a staff emergency has happened so things were delayed (understandable) but I had told them I intended to use said ring to propose while away on holiday in just over a months time. Tried to contact them near daily to work out getting a stand in ring which they said wasn’t an issue but I would’ve gotten more out of brick wall. The week we were leaving I received an email telling me that the company had gone into liquidation, I could either have a stock ring as they hadn’t made mine or I could do a charge back on my credit card. Imagine my disappointment to find they are still operating now.
I purchased a ring from Flawless Moissanite through Klarna on August 31 of this year. They understandably had issues with high demand, but I ultimately chose to cancel. I never received the ring, and so far, I have sent three requests to cancel my order and requested a refund for the money they have taken. I have received 0 response from this company. I am working with Klarna to resolve, and so far (almost 5 months later), nothing. Untrustworthy IMHO

EVERYONE ON THIS POST PLEASE GO TO THE INSOLVENCY INVESTIGATIONS OF THE UK UNIT AND FILE A COMPLAINT! Also email them directly, constantly! They robbed me from an order placed in June. Their owner is James Cox, who worked in junction with Steve Wilding, his father in law that works at Midas Jewellers in Knutsford UK. File complaints on all of them. They have robbed probably more than $100k from people in both the US and the UK for over half a year. They have robbed their own employees out of $20k, just left them with bills. They have bought new houses and cars. Please file complaints on them. they are ignoring people and just hoping people stop asking for their money. We have all been robbed.
I just got word the original owners went under and up and screwed everyone! I’m speaking to one of their customer service representatives, and they completely left everybody in the dark and will not return any phone calls. Do not order from this company.
Initial order and communication was fantastic from late 2024. Unfortunately after receiving the ring it was just a bit too small and no jewellers would reshape it due to risk of damage, and advised me to go back to the original makers. After emailing the company I received no replies, just left it in the dark sitting with a £1300 ring and no way to get any help with it. I now see they’ve been out of business for god knows how long, and I hope I can dispute this as I’m left with a product I can’t wear.
Ordered a an engagement ring and eternity ring in August. Was told it would be delivered in two weeks. I waited for a month, chased and received a reply saying there was a backlog and it would be delivered when it was ready. I received the items late October after no more updates. When the item arrived the eternity ring looked correct but was the engagement ring was the wrong carat sized centre stone and the wrong setting. The ring also did not come with the moissanite certification as outlined on their website. I was dubious of the authenticity due to this. Both rings were supposedly platinum but the engagement ring was magnetic and the eternity ring HIGHLY magnetic. I emailed to arrange a return and refund and received no response. I reached out via their Reddit and Instagram (now deactivated) and their WhatsApp. It wasn't until I received an automated response from the business WhatsApp was I aware they were no longer in business, and I was disgusted they used that opportunity to include in the automated response that they were peddling their remaining stock. Their website is still up and running but they aren't responding to customers or fulfilling existing orders. Absolutely awful company and I am taking action with my bank.

I ordered a ring early October to propose to my partner. I emailed beforehand to make sure it was in stock and would arrive on time. They assured me it would if I paid extra for quicker delivery so I did. A total of nearly £1500. As proposal day approached I had still not received the ring. I emailed daily asking where it was and got blunt replies that they would forward my message to factory. 4 days before proposal day I asked to cancel the order for a refund so I could buy another. Emails repeatedly ignored!! So I filed a dispute through my bank, I’ve waited 50 days for any response and they have had the absolute audacity to contest the dispute. Now I have to wait another 3-30 days for the outcome. Disgusting company!!!

Absolutely terrible service. We have waited for almost 2 months on the ring where we were told we’d receive the rings in matter of weeks. We have emailed them a fair amount just trying to get updates and they have not been respond back to our latest emails on asking for update or to give us return if they can’t fulfil the order. You’re paying a lot of money for ring, they should be transparent with their customers as this is the worst customer service experience ive gone through. It’s frustrating chasing them up on this constantly and not getting any response in return. Their rings may look gorgeous online but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you don’t want the hassle and stress.

I have paid almost £800 for something I am not going to get!
They are not responding to emails, and my daughter has also tried to contact their Sales with no response.
I am now trying to get my money paid back to my credit card.

Ordered a ring 4 weeks ago. Delivery said 2 weeks. I waited because reviews said allow a bit of extra time. Tracking still says “pending shipment”. I’ve emailed three times and no response. No starting a claim with my credit card to reclaim the money I paid. Very disappointed as was for a birthday present.

Ordered a ring for £1260 mid september. I waited a few weeks heard nothing so i contacted on the 15th and got a big reply about a family crisis two workers gone off theyre behind it should take a few weeks.
A few weeks went by of me emailing every week for an update to no reply. finally reached November and tried to reach out for a refund no reply.
Im not going through a process with the bank to get my money back as apparently they are doing this to everyone. Company house says theyre in massive debt and theyve paused their facebook group and completely shut shop using everyones money to duck out.
Avoid buying off their website that is still currently up and even running a sale.
EDIT: spoke with the actual jewellers this flawless seems to be a middle man and the jeweller may actually be able to sort it. Midas of Knutsford the jewelers who actually do the jewellery were great and helped me out. Flawless themselves are useless. Still no reply from them for over a month

I am beyond disgusted at the way this company have handled my Ring. It has lost its shape and also two stones. I got an email from Eliza telling to send it back and they would fix this free of charge. I did so and then waited around three weeks after I was told it would be back to me with 7 working days. When I called I was treated disgustingly by a male member of staff who refused to give his name. He 7 times stated why are you wearing a woman's ring at which become I became infuriated and told him his customer service was nothing short of abysmal. He told me the stones would be replaced but the ring could not be corrected and stated I caused all the damage which mad it lose its shape. He then had the audacity to tell me rings can lose shape even when opening a car door. I challenged him on every point alongside the fact the ring was almost £3k. Eliza has not responded to any of my emails so I called again today and got the same vile man who more or less denied saying he would replace the stones and again just pointed out it my fault claim your insurance. He also couldn't give me a clear answer on his relationship with the company flawless moissanites. Clearly they have something very "shady" happening here. Homophobic, disgusting company AVOID at all cost !!

AVOID! Ordered our wedding ring early September with a 2 week estimated delivery date. Weeks gone by, was assured it would be here by the time we leave for our wedding. Now radio silence after several chasers... PLEASE REFUND ME!

I placed my order right before learning that they were unfortunately going out of business. Through the whole process they have had amazing customer service and I can tell they are doing everything they can to make this right. They did not have the exact ring that I ordered but offered me one almost the same style in a better metal and a whole carat larger. They are doing everything they can to help and I am so grateful for them for making this right! Please don’t give up on them! Update I did receive the ring and it’s the most beautiful ring ever!!!! They truly are amazing and have great employees! So disappointed they are closing but the experience and ring are wonderful!

I placed my order on September 21st and their website states 2 week delivery time. I emailed for an update after waiting 2 weeks with no update, only to be told they don’t have an estimated delivery time for my order as two of their staff were out for a family emergency. After waiting three more weeks and getting no response from them via email on multiple attempts, I messaged on WhatsApp. I received an automated message that they are closing down. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank now, hoping to get my money back! I’m very disappointed and it’s definitely a scam!

My partner ordered a ring on 21st September, the website states it is a 2 week wait, he emailed them and explained when he needed the ring for they emailed him back explaining they were short staffed and there was delays with shipping them out but if it got closer to the time they would send out a replacement so he could still go ahead with his planned engagement, he accepted this, as it got closer to the time he emailed them again asking for an update they again said they were short staffed and they needed to ‘contact the shop’ it got to the time where he needed the ring no update from them and no ring to be seen not even a replacement, we are still sending emails to them and we still have no update, previously it’s just been ‘we have messaged the shop’ and now they have just stopped responding to us completely, we are now down a lot of money and doesn’t look like we will be receiving anything at all, delivery time is still showing 2 weeks on their website as well which is very clearly a lie
