The mini Helda is the perfect size for me walking. The leather is softening with wear, which is nice. And it is super light.

I have ordered a black Lola tote bag and first I was very surprised how instantly they shipped out this item. I'm in Canada and I received my item in a week!
And then the bag! Beautiful quality of calf leather and the subtle structure of this tote bag is the best. In the actual advertised photo, it looked like as though it had less structure but rather more maleable characteristics to the bag which I had expected. But in person, this bag actually does have some structure that holds its shape and form so perfectly.
This tote bag was beyond my expectations and I am truly satisfied and happy with this purchase.

Recommendations was to size down but this size is slightly small but the next size would have to be too large and slip. I had to put a non slip backing inside my previous pair.
The toe is more rounded than my previous pair. The previous pair had a squared off toe. More flattering and showed less toe cleavage.
Not as happy with this style.

Fabulous service, quick delivery, excellent comms. Plus the bon bons are brilliant. Soft leather, great fit, classic design (on a more relaxed level). I got the beige and the black and I am delighted. I love Flattered!

Another wonderful pair of Flattered shoes: my second pair of the Juno sandal, this time in black. Very comfortable and very chic. Can dress up or down. See myself bringing both of my Junos on our next trip to Europe. Shipping time from Sweden to Canada is impressive. Some mail from within Canada takes longer! Big fan of Flattered and the shoes they produce.

I've waited few weeks for the order to arrive, even though the estimated time was earlier.
When they arrive they are gorgeous, the leather feels soft and very comfortable.
After few wears the heel in both shoes is rubbing agains the ground. Now the heel looks severely damaged. I'm very disappointed with this

Unfortunately, I was hooked by their advertising on Instagram and on 4th March 2025 I purchased loafers Ally. The shoes were too small, uncomfortable and made of stiff leather so I decided to return them. It took a week and a lot (too lot) of exchange with the company to only get a return label, as they do not provide any in the package. And more than a month later, still no refund. So my advice, do not repeat my experience, avoid this company.

Amazing quality and comfort! I love my new boots, they look so stylished and are exactly what I looked for. As I got them on sale, I also feel I bagged a great bargain considering the quality of the leather and everything about the shoe. True to size too, which is great.
