Unprofessional company w. long waiting on the phone for troubleshooting and assistance when their system fails. The system is not up to the promises as it fails all the time. It was a not ready system to go in the market. Gives great deal of problems to professionals like us restaurateurs.

Big Mistake!! Equipment not working, shocking loss of sales, stuttering, double sales. Poor device. And that's not all, there is no customer service, you can never get hold of anyone. Emails are not answered. Miserable stuff was brought and left to one's own luck. The technical team says you don't know what it is. The seller Elias is 5/5, but of course you can't fix systems any deeper than that!
Have contacted them by email, by phone, by sms but got no solution to the issue. When contacted them by phone, they told that we'll contact you back but got no response after that (twice). Garbage management portal, Rubbish payment terminal.
Flatpay POS is waste of money and time. It freezes very easily and they are not capable to fix it. Also, the customer support should be available 24/7 but in practice, it is not. They don't answer outside of typical business hours. This is very frustrating.

Customer service is very very poor level. Over 1 hour waiting time to get connected with 24/7 number though my position in the queue from the beginning is 1. Still waiting...... Don't know when waiting will end.
