Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service.

I was looking for information to apply to the school since it's better to have the more information possible because coding bootcamps are not precisely cheap. Matt Easley is the one who was "trying" to give solution to my problems but he kept sending me automatized messages instead of answering like a normal person. I only had a few questions, basically Yes or No questions and they didn't answer any of them.

Very disappointed with the customer service, you're supposed to get customers and not to repel them. So in the end I contacted another coding bootcamp with better customer service!! If customer service without being a student yet is so bad, I can't imagine how the customer service after paying and being a student would be! I'm sure they wouldn't even care about how is your experience going!

Data Boot Camp was incredible

This course was incredible and took me from having a very basic understanding of programming and no experience in using Python to being able to compile neural networks and machine learning predictions. I was able to transition into the role of a Data Analyst due to this course within weeks of completion. ( I also bachelors in mathematics but could not break into the field after a year of trying) Lastly shout out to my instructor from Kansas City, Jeff H. whose guidance and support made completing the course possible.
