My account has been locked

My account has been locked, disabled due to fraud on my credit card which caused the payment to be declined. I've reached out to this company via their support email repeatedly to try to resolve the matter. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY. I've been trying repeatedly to get someone to respond and I receive absolutely nothing from them to help resolve this. I'm happy to pay for my account, and I would if someone would actually respond. TERRIBLE COMPANY, MUST BE A HUGE SCAM. The only message I receive back when I submit a request is below. Never anything that can help me to reactivate or resolve the issue.

Thank you for your email!

Your email has been received and we will respond as soon as we can.

Our office hours are Mo-Fri 08:00 to 18:00 CET.

AVOID! Scam Website!

Flaskmail got my attention with a nice website and easy setup-possibilities for a custom mail address, with a fair price for the domain + mail hosting service.

So I signed up at their website and everything seemed to work. I was instantly able to send Mails, but receiving mails was not possible. In the FAQ it said that it could "take up to two hours" until that would work, because "It can take some time to register the domain across the internet".

I thought that was fine and waited until the next day. Nothing changed, except that I got an automated spam-Mail from the Flaskmail Team offering me some discount (to a service I already bought at that time...).

I wrote a mail to the address that sent me the mail asking why my account still wasn't working, and got no response.
The next day, I tried again and also wrote the mail to their official support contact address.
Again, with no reaction whatsoever.
The day after that, I tried to reach them via their contact form on the Flaskmail website - which was ignored as well.

One week after that, nothing has changed. I was still not able to receive any mails, and all my attempts to get in touch with someone of their team stay ignored up until now.

I even wrote them a message on their facebook page, but - not a big surprise- without success.
After the end of the week I was waiting, I wrote another mail to all contact possibilities that I found during that time (Emma Wilander, Flaskmail Support, contact form, facebook) But again, I was ignored on all that channels. It seemed a lot like they purposely try to keep any information away from their customers.

I then cancelled my account again and went over to iwantmyname.com (for buying the domain only) and ZOHO (for Mail hosting), which was a bit more complicated to set up (took a bit more than an hour), but was worth it: I INSTANTLY was able to send AND receive all e-mails (so the two hours mentioned in the FAQ of Flaskmail seem to be only a way of keeping customers from immediately getting suspicious), and I even had a question to my invoice from iwantmyname and got an answer from a real human after only an hour (on the weekend that is!!)

So my summary is: DO NOT USE FLASKMAIL, its not a real service, they do not deliver anything and if you don't cancel your account in time, they probably charge you even though you don't receive anything in return.

My recommendation is to buy your domain somewhere independently and use ZOHO for custom Mail Hosting, the extra hour of work that you have to put into setting that up is well worth it.
