I bought two Flaskies off Amazon, one of the displays was sporadically working, frustrating with a new born.
I was unable to contact seller on Amazon, so contacted Flaskie directly, they were unable to refund me but did one better and sent a new, full replacement. I could not ask for better customer service, absolutely amazing, especially from a tired, new, first time mum! Thank you so much!

I honestly don’t think I could use enough words to say how appreciative I am to this company. They have been excellent and gone above and beyond for me when they really didn’t have to. I brought one of their flasks and use it for feeding my baby as the temperature display is so handy for making formula. But my newborn is poorly and I had to have special stuff for his milk which took 30 mins to work so making s feed took an hour total. With the flask I could fill it and by the time he was ready it was perfect temp! Halving the time to make a feed.
My flask arrived to me and the display was faulty so after contacting them. They took my concerns for my baby’s health seriously and sent a lovely response letting me know a replacement would be sent straight out and allowed me to continue using the one I had to help with my baby. They have no idea how this act of kindness made me feel. It so stressful having a newborn let alone feeding issues on top. So thank you Flaskie for helping me out and so much and reminding me good people do exist. 100% recommended this product it’s helped me so much and does exactly what it says to does! I also recommend this company highly if you want a personal touch and to feel genuinely cared about.

Flask arrived but appeared to have a slight problem with the digital display.

After contacting the helpdesk a replacement was sent immediately. A very professional services. Keep up the good work.

The flask is a great size for travelling with, has a nice look to it, and the temperature display is really useful.

There were some (understandable) delays in delivery time due to strike action. When I reached out, Abdullah filled me in on the cause. A replacement had also been sent out due to the late delivery, so I ended up receiving two - he let me know that he would prevent my card being charged and that I could keep the second as a gesture of good will. Fantastic customer service experience as well (even without the free thermos!).

I ordered 23rd of September, they confirmed shipment on 7th of October. I have been chasing for updates from their customer service, but received NO RESPONSE at all. As of 12th of October, no updates or anything about this order. That’s 3 weeks of not hearing anything nor receiving the item. Might be a scam because I left a 1-star review on their website but it’s not showing there and the item review still shows 5-star regardless of my low rating.

After telling them that I will be cancelling my
order and request for a refund since no one is responding to me, they suddenly responded saying their partner shipping company has lost the parcels, and that they are claiming compensation blah blah. Said the item I ordered is out of stock in the nearest warehouse, so they had to come from Belgium but I can only imagine it coming from China.

Flask is great, lid was damaged on arrival but Abdullah Al Zubair from support sorted it out the following day. Amazing customer service and lightening speed help .

Unfortunately one of the flaskes I received become defective but a new replacement was delivered to me the next day which is amazing customer service. The flaskes are very high quality and work really well. Really recommend Flaskie.

They accidentally sent me the wrong unit, but within a day of contacting customer support they sent me a new one free of charge. The product itself is also very high quality. I recommend both the product and the company

It's a dropshipping company. You can buy the same flask on aliexpress cheaper. Delivery time is about 6 weeks, because it comes from china. They lie about delivery time. Keep saying "it will be there within a few days" but it will take WEEKS before it arrives.

Irecieved my 2 Flaskies eventually after a long wait but I was informed what was happening each time I emailed the company . The Flasks themselves are brilliant just glad I got them in time for Christmas. Thank you Abdullah for corresponding with me .

Even though their shipping time is horrible at the moment, you gotta take in consideration that Corona slows everything down. It's a great product, with a lot of utillity.

An absolute lovely flask! I love the matte feel of it and how light it feels in the hand. It keeps my hot drinks hot for ages and my cold drinks ice cold for ages too. The basket is handy for fruits too which I do often. And the digital clock is a handy way to keep track of the temperature. All in all it’s a great flask and I’d highly recommend it xx

Great product. Used for both hot and cold drinks and no issues. Easy to keep clean. Stylish product and my young son likes to take this to his sports training and uses it with ease. High recommended. Will happily look at and purchase their other other products.

Really great quality flask, very nice finish on the design too. Really lightweight which helps for work! Keeps water nice and chilled and I love the basket too great for flavouring the water with fruit!!

This flask is truly amazing! With its digital display it helps me to keep track of the temperature of my drink and the fact that I can use it during winter time and summer time is absolutely fantastic! (Multi use) A 10/10 from my end

Terrible shipping time, it's ships from China so more than what is promised. When I asked where my order was, I was told it was in my country, when it was already too late. It has now been 3 weeks too late and I still don't have it. Have a nice day!

i still havent recieved my item but customer support contacted me as soon as possible to explain the situation, im very happy how they handeled this late delivery even tho it wasn't their fault. respect to this new company they have wonderful customer service and i believe their items are top quality aswell

after an email about not recieving my bottle after 3 months and not getting updates about my parsel i got deepest apologies. they explained to me that it was probably a big misunderstanding and they offered me a new bottle and a discount for a next order. during the delivery of the new bottle offered, I was now kept well informed where my order was. and were also very polite. after some e-mail traffic I am very satisfied with their service and will place another order if necessary.
