These guys did a great job from concept of design to the minute of when the delivery was made. I had a 250 piece order that took a total of about 6 business days. I could not be happier. Great Job Guys!

The person that I talked to on the phone seemed nice enough and he helped me establish that they had record of what we had purchased previously. We received a proof of what they were going to be making and sending to us, altho the picture was hard to tell what the product looked like but since we discussed following the previous order exactly the same figured there would be no problem. When we received our order they had changed the color we asked for from grey to white and that's a huge difference to our product. Upon calling them they basically said there was nothing they could do for us to fix them.

I needed jump drives for my PraiseMoves DeKalb "The Christian Alternative to Yoga" class participants. I wanted to share class materials and save on printing costs. Using the jump drives helps our environment by saving trees, promotes my fitness ministry, and provides my students a wonderful gift in the process. My sales person helped me pick a flash drive design, colors, logo, and shipped the product 4 days early. It was such a pleasure working with this company. Again, thank you all so much. It was a seamless and wonderful experience worth every penny.

I was a little apprehensive in making such a big purchase (for me) with a company I hadn't heard of but I am very happy with the flashdrives and the printing. My rep was very helpful and quick to respond. I will be reordering from this company in the future.

True example of a one stop shop with great customer experience at the forefront of the business! At first we only purchased pens and other promotional items. After gaining our trust, we now buy all our apparel through them. It's too bad they had the best price, we would be willing to pay more for service like this!! :)

First, let me say the salesperson I worked with was phenomenal, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. That being said, the order had some glitches. It is beyond anybody's control the order didn't arrive on time to hand out during our event due to Custom's over in China or somewhere along the delivery line. It is beyond anybody's control that for some reason, the Fed Ex tracking number showed a delivery date that was incorrect--clearly showing a Friday delivery when it never arrived that day at all. The order was placed 8 days before the event. It would have been perfectly fine to say the order just wouldn't be able to meet that deadline. We simply wouldn't have placed an order. Now on our side, if you have a lot of text to imprint on a flash drive, try to minimize it as much as possible as the font is tiny. The mock up view will be larger than the actual item. In hindsight, we should have stuck with acronyms. I recommend if you have wordy company titles, try to stick with the acronym for certain. Anyway, the delivery occurred before noon two days after the event so we sent out an e-mail to all participants to please stop by to pick up their 25th anniversary commemorative flash drive. Not the actual day of the event, but regardless, they're finding "homes" now.

This is our second time ordering from FlashWholesaler and working with Jake again. He worked with us through all our questions and minor changes through the process and the flash drives looked even better than we could have hoped. The pantone match was dead on and we will be ordering from them in the future.

My initial experience with Flashwholesaler was wonderful! My rep, Jake, was forthright, prompt and willing to bend over backwards to make sure our needs were met. Unfortunately, the plant in China, where the drives we purchased were produced, screwed up and gave us the right product containing the wrong information. It's been 2 weeks and we still don't have a resolution. Our reputation is in tatters, mine most severely, and the wonderful powers that be at Flashwholesaler want to put the onus on me and our organization to pay again to fix this problem. They are not being reasonable and my current feeling is that we were swindled. Run as fast as you can from this company.
