The salespeople were attentive while my order was being processed. I ordered purple and white flash drives with our logo. The mock up was correct and approved. When the order arrived the flash drives were black and silver with no logo at all. Since contacting the representative, I have gotten no response.

In the past, I had ordered the smaller capacity flash drives. This time, I had asked for the 1g in my email. I received the quote and bought them (100 of them) without noticing that she had invoiced me for the smaller size again. I should have paid better attention and now have 100 flash drives that I didn't want.

We needed some flash-drives to ship with one of our motor designs. No screen printing, just plain drives. FlashCoast had everything that we needed so we placed the order on line - very easy. As soon as I had completed the transaction my customer called to pull in the delivery. A simple phone call to the toll-free number and our order was scheduled to be put together for shipment that night! We had the order in 2 business days without extra freight or service charges. Great product but what really makes FlashCoast stand out is their customer service.

I had done a lot of research in trying to find the best deal on USB keys. I found FlashCoast as part of that search and I am so glad that I did. Stephanie was great to work with and was very responsive to my questions. They worked with me to come up with the best layout of our logo. We received our order in great time and I was impressed with the key ring it included as I thought it would just be an "O" ring but was more functional than that. I will be sure to recommend FlashCoast to colleagues and we will look to them first for any of our future product branding needs.

Every aspect gets 5 stars. FlashCoast took the time to come up with exactly the product we needed, and had the patients to make sure the graphics to be printed on the product were just what we wanted. Delivered Flash Drives look very professional -- they look even better than our expectations from the Flash Drive images, came with nice individual packaging, and had top notch quality graphics printed on both sides. Finally the flash drives are performing well. No doubt we plan on continuing to use their services.

Stephanie Warner was great. She truly wants to see that you get exactly what you want. I did have one flash drive that the aluminum cover was slightly dented. But overall I am quite satisfied. They were delivered to me in eight days from the order date. I would recommend this company to a friend. I will order from them again

After a few missteps on my part figuring out the product on the web site that actually met my budget, the transaction went really well. Although shipping instructions were not followed by the warehouse, I was able to get great service from Stephanie Werner who handled everything to my satisfaction. The product was packaged well and exactly as expected.

Made in China. It seems to be unavoidable. There is NO quality coming out of China.

I like the look of the flash drives with our logo imprinted on them and service is always easy and quick.

The order process was easy and product was sent in a timely manner. It was a nice professional experience. The color of the product doesn't look as vibrant as it did online though. If I were to order something again I would ask to be sent a sample first. The printing of my logo looks good though. I haven't been able to test them yet so I hope they work perfectly.
