I watched the video and foolishly decided to order. My order came and there were no instructions or anything in the box. With living in the UK, my bank charged me for currency charge. When I contacted them about lack of instructions, they sent me a FREE bottle and emailed me some instructions. They never answered my request for a refund. The drops have made me nauseous and I have put weight on. After a few emails, they decided to offer me a refund, when I quibbled the amount offered the next email was to then refuse the offer. I have asked for company details and ownership etc and they have refused. Please Please dont buy from this company.

Such a scam. Drops did nothing. Customer service was the worse. No phone number and only a email address. I went back and forth to request a refund for over two months. I received nothing. There was no legit customer service phone number. I bought 6 bottles and spent over $250.
I will caution anyone from buying this product.

Gave it a 1 because there is no zero. The really long ad (time I can’t get back in my life!) about helping the sister is a total crock of crap. It says you can still eat your favorite foods, but lose weight. It says there is an app where it will give you your dosage based on age, weight, etc. blah blah blah. I call bs! I’ve gained 15 pounds after two months on this useless supplement. Do not consider wasting your money on this scam product. I’m a senior citizen who wasted part of my fixed income because I was stupid enough to believe their scam. It’s just one more useless supplement that doesn’t work. One more group out there preying on people who are desperate for help losing weight. I feel so stupid! Thanks Flash Burn for making me trust mankind even less. Run away people! Run away and keep your money. This bs does NOT work.

This is just another scam. Stating that you can make this recipe in your own kitchen for 23 pence a day. What a load of rubbish. Stating no tablets to take. Yet charging extremely high prices for water drops in a bottle and making money from genuine people. Have you noticed that each Dr that tells you to hear the same stars, paying them to advertise their fake fat burning item, being paid to tell them what to says shame on you all.

I spent my entire time watching the video till the end. My git feeling was not to fall for this crap.of an ad. They making thousands of dollars scamming people with this nonsense. I am so sick and tired of these people. Who know what is truly placed in the bottles. They need to be investigated speedy.

It is a total scam!!! I did not loose 1 single pound and was taking it religiously

I watched the entire video and decided to give it a try. I ordered the 6 bottle package of flash burn drops and today I received a pack of 6 bottles of “fit burn” gummies- apple cider vinegar! I called the company number on the email and phone clicks and then no sound. I retried and got hold of someone that I struggle to understand her accent. She offered 30% off from my purchase price of 294 to take this product instead of what I ordered! I declined and she then offered 50% off to try the fit burn instead. This bait and switch is too old. Do not get trick into buying anything. She then said she can only refund 50% until they get the product back and expects me to pay shipping! This is horrible service and not a trust worthy company in my books. Do not buy things from them

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. After contacting customer service, one representative confirmed that I would be receiving a refund. However, when I followed up, a different representative told me that no refund could be issued.
Being given completely contradictory information is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this company’s customer service standards.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! I requested a full refund on February 5, 2026, and now 34 emails later, I am still waiting for an authorization code to return it. I've answered the same questions numerous times. I was told I'd be contacted within 48 hours, and tomorrow it will be 7 days. I think they are waiting for the 60 days guarantee to expire. Beware!

First, the video shows people making a gelatin concoction which tells us we are supposed to eat one cube with a glass of water each monrning. Ingredients stated at beginning are not what's stated by the end of the video. Then they switch to showing people taking two capsules in the morning with a glass of water. Only to switch at the end of the video to some liquid drops. All along stating you could get either a 3-bottle or the recommended 6-bottle package. They push the 6 bottles because they only have 74 bottles left and want to make sure I get at least my three bottles. There is no 3 bottle offer. They push the 6 stating its so the customer will have plenty on hand for the future. This is after stating that people lose a ton of weight quickly and it will stay off after ceasing consumption of just the first bottle of whatever this stuff actually is. They claim it is completely safe and made in the US. I didn't know the US made Japanese Green Tree Extract. They should be investigated and prosecuted! Just an hour of my life watching the BS video that I will never get back.

Flash Burn will burn money in a flash. Your weight will stay with you. Very soon while one is in the mood for spending money on Flash Burn they make contact to sell a counseling service for exercises to help. Originally, Flash Burn is pitched as a single success program with no other requirements. In the end they probably add a lipo suction program, because Flash Burn is not going to do it.
