The product was exactly as described. It arrived timely. I did have to return the product though because I was unable to get it to connect with my TV. Not blaming it on the product it was probably just my inabilities. The company was good about the return.

Purchased a white replacement analog stick for my VITA 2000 off this website. It arrived today, and after installing, I now have no more stick drift!

After messaging the shop asking where the other half of my order was, all I got a canned borderline automated response shifting the blame here it is.

I personally package this item and shipped it and can confirm the unit was complete when packaged.
Was there any damage to the shipping package when the item arrived or was there perhaps someone else in the house that might have received and opened the package before you were able to get to it, possibly setting the additional parts aside?

I watched the mail get dropped off and opened it on my bed to specifically to make sure I got everything the package that arrived.(I genuinely need it to fix a save) and clearly only the cable had arrived. with the memory card it would have been bulged outwards it was flat.

The other thing in the bag was a order sheet with one item CRT-015 the same item number on the cables packaging with zero memory card with the in the bag or taped to the bag the listing also clearly shows the memory card and cables being separate they do not come pre packaged together, they are 2 separate items in the photos the cable has the stock number while the memory card is displayed as a separate item when the name states it includes a memory card

They want me to send them the memory card they didn't put on the order sheet or send me in order to get a refund. eBay has a 7 day timer to put a negative review on a shop with positive reviews, so most people are going to give up and forget about it so they can maintain a 99% on eBay store clean of scam reports because they sent something, amazing how eBay protects scammers.
