Should have been 5*, but would rate 4* due to when order was placed, and after a week no updates on the order. Contacted customer service and prompted that item was for a birthday present, re-assured that item will arrive in time before the day of expected. I ordered item as a gift,very quickly realised I’d ordered wrong thing. Sent email informing Joe that I’d made mistake. He very promptly replied , informing me that he would get refund done immediately. It was first class service, and would recommend the site for online shopping.

Ordered on 17th April arrived 3rd May after having to pay additional postage and rearranging delivery with post office. Same product £3 in toy shop cost me over £10 to receive 17 days after ordering

Hi, We have tried to get in touch via email but have not received a response.
Your order was dispatched 2 days after it was placed. Typically the delivery time from them is 2 working days. As it is a booster pack, we had sent this with Royal Mail as opposed to our normal couriers. Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not inform us when they hold a package or if they require extra payment to be made. This has never been required before, and we have dispatched hundreds of items using the same method and courier without any issues over the last 2 years.
We would never expect our customers to pay any extra charges after placing an order.
Please get in touch as we would like to refund this amount to you.
Poor service
Placed an order 17/4/23. Heard nothing. Then was refunded 28/4/23.
No explanation. No apology. Nothing.
